Key Operational Responsibilities

Drive product discovery, customer research, and outcome-based decision making.
Mentor and coach Product Managers to strengthen product management practices.
Own and deliver a strategic product area from discovery through launch.
Define product roadmaps, priorities, and user stories.
Partner closely with Engineering and cross-functional teams. Foster a customer-centric, data-driven product culture.

Required & Preferred Criteria

Mandatory Prerequisites	Preferred Competencies
8+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS. 3+ years in a Senior/Lead Product Manager role. Experience mentoring Product Managers. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Expertise in product discovery, roadmap planning, JTBD, and Agile delivery. Proven track record of improving adoption, retention, or NPS.	Experience with ERP, Accounting, CRM, or Professional Services software. Experience transforming product teams into outcome-driven organizations. Familiarity with U.S. accounting or CRM best practices.
