Job Overview: HR Manager
will be responsible for overseeing all employee related matters in an organization.
This job description includes advertising job vacancies, organizing the complete recruitment process, setting protocols for on boarding new employees, setting protocols for exiting employees, regular employee interactions and reviews, overseeing all attendance and personal time off related matters and enforcing company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract relevant talent.
Manage the complete recruitment process from job ads, short listing resumes, scheduling interviews and sending offer letters.
Completely manage the onboarding and new employee orientation process.
Maintaining Resume Database and Recruitment tracker.
2. Employee Relations:
Boost positive work culture and open communication channels.
Regularly interact with employees to foster positivity within the organization.
Act as a liaison between employees and management.
3. Employee Performance Management:
Develop performance evaluation strategies.
Train supervisors on performance evaluations.
Conduct bi-annual/annual performance reviews in conjunction with managers.
4. Training & Skill Upgradation:
Owing and overseeing the training of New Hires
Schedule training programs and evaluation tests for new hires.
Coordinate skill upgradation seminars for existing employees of various departments.
Qualifications:
1. Education:
Bachelor’s degree/MBA in Human Resource Management,
2. Experience
Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience in an IT Industry.
Required Skill:
2 years of experience in using Linken In Recruiter and other job portals,
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent conflict resolution skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites.
Pleasing personality
MBA in HR development from a reputed university.
