Human Resources Manager

Job Overview:
The HR Manager is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business goals. This role involves overseeing employee training, performance management and development, relations, and recruitment.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for this position, as well as the ability to analyse HR metrics to drive informed decision-making. The HR Manager will work collaboratively with management and employees to enhance employee engagement and promote a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Training & Skill Development:
Build and develop training programs for new hires and existing employees to enhance skills and competencies
Collaborate with subject matter experts to design technical, leadership, and soft skills training materials
Coordinate execution of training programs and monitor progress of employees against those programs
Employee Performance Management & Development:
Facilitate biannual employee review cycle in conjunction with company leadership and managers
Help management identify and develop high-potential and top-performing employees
Support development of career paths for employees
Support leadership in determining compensation benchmarks and best practices
Recruitment:
Develop and execute inbound and outbound recruitment strategies to attract relevant talent
resumes, scheduling interviews and sending offer letters
Manage the complete recruitment process from job ads or list-building, short listing
Manage the on boarding and new employee orientation process
Maintain recruiting and hiring records to enable continuous improvement of processes going forward
