Essential Qualifications & Experience: For each discipline, a full‑time Engineering Degree in the specified branch is required. For Production – Chemical/Cement Technology/Ceramic/Materials Science etc. For Mining – Mining Engineering with First/Second Class Manager’s Certificate under MMR‑1961. For Electrical – Electrical/Instrumentation/Power etc. For Legal – Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) with relevant practice/law firm experience. For Finance – CA Inter/ICWA Inter/Full‑time MBA (Finance). Detailed experience requirements are given in the advertisement.

Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will be called for Interview. Remuneration & Benefits: The fixed‑term contract offers a consolidated remuneration (exact amount not specified; to be communicated to selected candidates). Benefits include IPD medical facility for self, 20 days leave per year (non‑encashable, accumulative), Provident Fund as per EPF Act, TA as per E‑1 level, and Maternity Leave as per Govt. rules. The contract is initially for one year, extendable up to 4 years based on performance.
