ENGAGEMENT OF CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST (MALE & FEMALE)
(on contract basis)
Applications from suitable candidates possessing prescribed qualifications are invited for walk-in-Interview for engagement on purely temporary basis for position of Clinical Psychologist (Male & Female). Walk-in-Interview will be held on 20.03.2024, (Reporting Time – 10:00 AM) in the Committee Room, Central University of Jammu, Rahya- Suchani (Bagla), District Samba – 181143, Jammu (J&K).

Essential Qualifications:
1. M.Phil (Clinical Psychologist) or its equivalent from a recognized University
or
Master’s Degree in Psychology with Experimental Psychology as one of the subjects with a Diploma in Medical (Clinical) Psychology from a recognized Institution/University
or
Ph.D Degree in Clinical Psychology from any recognized University
2. Registered with Rehabilitation Council of India.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Eligibility Conditions:
1) It is the sole responsibility of the candidate to assess his/her own eligibility for the position for which he/she is applying in accordance with the prescribed qualification, experience etc. and submit his/her application duly filled-in along with the desired information, documents and other supporting materials as per the advertisement. Suppression of factual information, supply of fake documents, providing false or misleading information or any other undesirable action by the candidate shall lead to cancellation of his/her candidature.
In case, it is detected at any point of time in future even after engagement that the candidate was not eligible as per the prescribed qualification, experience etc. which could not be detected at the time of interview due to whatever circumstances, his/her appointment shall be liable to termination forthwith as per this clause.
2) The person engaged will be purely on contract basis for six months and shall have no claim for absorption, extension or permanent employment. An affidavit in this regard will have to be submitted by the selected candidate duly attested by first class Magistrate at the time of joining otherwise he/she shall not be allowed to join
and the offer of engagement will be issued to next candidate in selection panel.
Contract for engagement may be extended at the sole discretion of the University
