To carry out the research work related to the project Rs. 31,000+ HRA for NET/GATE qualified candidates.
Master’s degree in Physics/Applied Physics/M.Tech. in relevant field or other relevant subjects from a recognized University/Institution with 55% Marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA. Relaxation in marks % is given as per GOI.
1. Any project/research experience in semiconductor device fabrication will be preferred.
2. Valid NET/GATE/SET Score.
1. The services of the selected candidate will be as per CUJ & DRDO guidelines.
2. This is a full time position.
3. The selected candidate shall not draw money from any other source.
4. The candidate selected will be required to join as early as possible.
