Introduction & Overview
Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, Office of the Chief Education Officer Samba issued Advertisement Notice (DIP/J-12087 Dt: 09-10-2026) for hiring of Cluster Resource Coordinators (CRCs) for Teaching Support in District Samba.
یونین ٹیریٹری آف جموں اینڈ کشمیر، آفس آف دی چیف ایجوکیشن آفیسر سانبہ کی جانب سے ڈسٹرکٹ سانبہ میں تدریسی مدد کے لیے کلسٹر ریسورس کوآرڈینیٹرز (CRCs) کی بھرتی کے لیے اشتہار جاری کیا گیا ہے۔
Applications are hereby invited from eligible and interested candidates for engagement as Cluster Resource Coordinators (CRCs) for Teaching Support in Government Higher Secondary Schools of District Samba, against available vacant positions.
ضلع سانبہ کے گورنمنٹ ہائر سیکنڈری اسکولوں میں دستیاب خالی اسامیوں پر تدریسی مدد کے لیے کلسٹر ریسورس کوآرڈینیٹرز (CRCs) کے طور پر تعیناتی کے لیے اہل اور دلچسپی رکھنے والے امیدواروں سے درخواستیں طلب کی جاتی ہیں۔

Terms and Conditions
The engagement shall be made strictly in accordance with the eligibility conditions, qualification, experience, selection criteria and other terms and conditions prescribed:
تعیناتی تمام مقررہ اہلیت کی شرائط، قابلیت، تجربہ اور سلیکشن کرائٹیریا کے مطابق کی جائے گی:
* The hiring of the Cluster Resource Coordinators will be made subject wise on merit basis, after ascertaining the genuineness of the documents/testimonials and recognition/validity of the course(s).
کلسٹر ریسورس کوآرڈینیٹرز کی بھرتی دستاویزات کی تصدیق اور کورس کی درستگی کو یقینی بنانے کے بعد میرٹ کی بنیاد پر کی جائے گی۔
* The candidates can apply for CRC in Education subject only.
امیدوار صرف ایجوکیشن مضمون میں CRC کے لیے درخواست دے سکتے ہیں۔
* The selection shall be made strictly on the basis of the prescribed selection criteria/ merit and verification of original documents.
انتخاب مکمل طور پر مقررہ سلیکشن کرائٹیریا/میرٹ اور اصل دستاویزات کی تصدیق کی بنیاد پر ہوگا۔
* The candidature of any applicant shall be liable to rejection at any stage if any information furnished by him/her is found to be incorrect, incomplete or misleading.
اگر کسی بھی مرحلے پر امیدوار کی فراہم کردہ معلومات غلط، نامکمل یا گمراہ کن پائی گئیں تو اس کی امیدواری منسوخ کر دی جائے گی۔
* The engagement shall be purely temporary/academic in nature and shall not confer any right upon the selected candidate for regular appointment against any permanent post.
یہ تعیناتی مکمل طور پر عارضی/اکیڈمک نوعیت کی ہوگی اور اس سے منتخب امیدوار کو کسی مستقل اسامی پر باقاعدہ تقرری کا کوئی حق حاصل نہیں ہوگا۔
* The selected CRCs shall perform the duties assigned by the competent authority and shall provide academic support, mentoring and teaching support to the schools/ clusters assigned to them.
منتخب شدہ CRCs مجاز اتھارٹی کی طرف سے سونپی گئی ذمہ داریاں ادا کریں گے اور تفویض کردہ اسکولوں/کلسٹرز کو تعلیمی مدد اور تدریسی رہنمائی فراہم کریں گے۔
* The candidates shall have to produce all original certificates /documents at the time of verification.
امیدواروں کو دستاویزات کی تصدیق کے وقت تمام اصل سرٹیفکیٹس/دستاویزات پیش کرنے ہوں گے۔
* No TA/DA shall be admissible for appearing in the selection/document verification process.
سلیکشن/ڈاکیومنٹ ویریفکیشن کے عمل میں شامل ہونے کے لیے کوئی TA/DA نہیں دیا جائے گا۔
* The competent authority reserves the right to modify/ cancel/postpone the advertisement or increase/ decrease the number of vacancies without assigning any reason.
مجاز اتھارٹی بغیر کسی وجہ کے اشتہار میں ترمیم/منسوخی/التوا یا اسامیوں کی تعداد میں کمی و بیشی کا حق محفوظ رکھتی ہے۔
* Applications received after the prescribed date/time or without the required documents shall not be entertained.

* M.Phil Certificate, if applicable / ایم فل سرٹیفکیٹ (اگر قابل اطلاق ہو)
* Ph.D Certificate, if applicable / پی ایچ ڈی سرٹیفکیٹ (اگر قابل اطلاق ہو)
* NET/SET Certificate, if applicable / نیٹ/سیٹ سرٹیفکیٹ (اگر قابل اطلاق ہو)
* Character & Antecedent Certificate from Special DG CID J&K (after final selection) / اسپیشل ڈی جی سی آئی ڈی سے کریکٹر سرٹیفکیٹ (حتمی انتخاب کے بعد)
* List of Research papers upto 04 as I/II or corresponding author / ریسرچ پیپرز کی فہرست (زیادہ سے زیادہ 04)

* No application shall be entertained after the expiry of Last date.

Affidavit Format
The candidate must submit an affidavit attested by the 1st Class Judicial Magistrate declaring that all submitted documents are genuine, agreeing to pure temporary engagement till 31.03.2027 for session 2026-27, with no claim for permanent absorption or regular appointment.
