The Chief Education Officer Kishtwar invites applications for the engagement of Cluster Resource Coordinators (CRCs) for Teaching Support. The engagement is in Government Higher Secondary Schools of District Kishtwar. Eligible and interested candidates are invited to apply against the available vacant positions.

⚖️ Terms & Conditions
- The hiring of Cluster Resource Coordinators will be made subject-wise on merit basis. This follows ascertaining the genuineness of documents, testimonials, and recognition or validity of the course(s).
- Candidates can apply for only one subject.
- The selection will be made strictly on the basis of prescribed selection criteria, merit, and verification of original documents.
- The candidature of any applicant shall be liable to rejection at any stage if any information furnished is found incorrect, incomplete, or misleading.
- The engagement shall be purely temporary or academic in nature. It shall not confer any right for regular appointment against any permanent post.
- The selected CRCs shall perform duties assigned by the competent authority. They shall provide academic support, mentoring, and teaching support to the schools or clusters assigned to them.
- Candidates shall produce all original certificates or documents at the time of verification.
- No TA/DA shall be admissible for appearing in the selection or document verification process.
- The competent authority reserves the right to modify, cancel, or postpone the advertisement. It may also increase or decrease the number of vacancies without assigning any reason.
- Applications received after the prescribed date or time, or without the required documents, shall not be entertained.
📄 Documents to be Uploaded
- Domicile Certificate
- Affidavit duly sworn in and attested by the 1st Class Judicial Magistrate as per the enclosed prescribed format.
- Date of Birth Certificate (Matriculation)
- PG Degree along with consolidated Marks Cards.
- Conversion Certificate (from CGPA to Percentage from the concerned University) for candidates awarded grades in CGPA in any degree or examination for which credits are to be given in calculation of merit.
- M.Phil Certificate, if applicable.
- Ph.D Certificate, if applicable.
- NET/SET Certificate, if applicable.
- Character & Antecedent Certificate from Special DG CID J&K (after final selection).
- List of Research papers up to 04 as I/II or corresponding author as per “Format-A” attached herewith.

📝 How to Apply
