Subject: Advertisement for Recruitment of Sanginis (Anganwadi Workers) and Sahayikas (Anganwadi Helpers) in Anganwadi Centres of POSHAN Project Kangan.

In pursuance to the above Government Order Nos. & Dates, and pursuant to the Orders issued by Mission Director Mission Poshan vide No.: MD/Poshan/Estt/13550-56 dated: 11-05-2023 and subsequently by District Programme Officer, Ganderbal
vide No: DPO/Poshan/Gb/2023-24/192-94 dated: 12/05/2023, the necessary approval has been accorded for filling up of various vacancies of Sanginis (Anganwadi Workers) and Sahayikas (Anganwadi Helpers) in Anganwadi Centres of Poshan
Project Kangan, as per the details given below.

Applications are invited in the prescribed format annexed as “Annexure-“A” from the eligible female candidates for engagement as Sanginis (Anganwadi Workers) and Sahikiyas (Anganwad Helpers) on Honorarium basis as admissible under rules,
in the Panch-wands as shown against the below mentioned Panchayat Halqas, for the Anganwadi Centres of Poshan Project Kangan. The application along with the required documents should reach to the office of Child Development Project Officer,
Poshan Kangan opposite Jamia Masjid near ZEO Office Kangan by or before 08 th of June 2023 against the proper receipt

7. Candidate with qualification higher than graduation shall not be considered.
& In case eligible candidate is available with the family of retiring AWW/AWH, the said candidate shall qualify for additional 2% points.

1. Panch ward certificate issued by BDO concerned, as per format annexed with the application form.
2 Domicile Certificate issued by Tehsildar concerned.
3. Date of Birth Certificate.
4. Academic Qualification with marks card of 10+2.
5. Self-addressed envelope with postage stamp of Rs. 5/
6. Unmarried certificate wherever required.
7. Affidavit/undertaking as per format annexed with the application form.

0 Wherever, there is any dispute as to residence for any reason, and then a residence proof certifying the ward of residence from the concerned SDM/ACR shall be considered.
4. Minimum qualifications for Anganwadi Worker shall be 10+2 and maximum graduation
5. Weightage shall be given on the basis of marks obtained in 10+2 and selection shall be done purely on menit basis and no other criteria is to be considered.
6. In case of the in merit of the eligible candidate, candidate with higher age will be preferred.
Criteria for selection of Sanginis (Anganwadi worker).

The candidate must be domicile of the UT of J&K
2 Women candidates in the age group of 18-37 years shall be eligible. (Age calculated as on 1st January 2023).

The candidate should be a resident of the electoral ward where Anganwadi Centre is situated. Name in the voter list for the ward shall be considered as the proof of residence of the candidate
In case the name of the candidate appears in the voter list along with her parents, then she must provide certificate of being un-married issued by the concerned Tehsildar

Criteria for selection of Sahakiyas (Anganwadi Helper).
1) The selection of Anganwadi helper shall be restricted to the electoral ward where Anganwadi Centre is located.
2) Women candidates in the age group of 18-37 years shall be eligible. (Age calculated as on 1st January 2023).
3) The candidate must be domicile of the UT of J&K
4. Academic Qualification Certificate. (10th Pass)
5. Self-addressed envelope with postage stamp of Rs. 5/=
6. Unmarried certificate wherever required.
7. Affidavit undertaking as per format annexed with the application form.

6) The committee shall select the most destitute/needy maried women of the ward as Anganwadi Helper from amongst those who fulfil the qualification criteria. In case no married candidate is available, unmarried may be considered.
