📋 Role Overview & Key Responsibilities

Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Female Telecaller to connect with potential clients, understand their requirements and generate quality leads for our Interior Design & Architecture projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce our services.
Explain our design solutions and understand customer requirements.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales/design team.
Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in the system.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets.

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ: संभावित ग्राहकों को कॉल करना, सेवाओं का परिचय देना, डिज़ाइन समाधान समझाना, लीड योग्य बनाना, अपॉइंटमेंट शेड्यूल करना, कॉल रिकॉर्ड बनाए रखना, और दैनिक/साप्ताहिक लक्ष्य प्राप्त करना।

✅ Requirements

Female candidates only.
Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
Confident, persuasive & target-oriented.
Good listening skills and positive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge.
Prior experience in telecalling / sales is an advantage (Freshers with good communication can also apply).
