Eligibility Criteria

पात्रता मापदंड।

Age: 21-45 years as on the date of notification. (आयु: अधिसूचना की तिथि पर 21-45 वर्ष।)
Domicile: Domicile of Jammu & Kashmir. (अधिवास: जम्मू और कश्मीर का मूल निवासी।)
Educational Qualification: Minimum 3 years graduate degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant (issued by Institute of Cost Accountants of India – ICMAI) with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA from a UGC-recognized university.
Work Experience: Candidate must have full-time, paid, post-qualification work experience in domains such as entrepreneurship development, MSME promotion, Startup incubation, livelihood, market linkage, skill development or programme management in the development or government sector.
