Applications are invited for engagement on a contractual basis for various positions in the Small Business Development Unit (SBDU) and Business Help Desks (BHDs) being established under Mission YUVA at district and sub-division levels.

2. Eligibility Criteria (Common for All Posts)
Age:
Candidates must be 21 to 45 years as on the date of publication of the advertisement.
Domicile:
Applicant must be a domicile of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.
Educational Qualification:
Graduate degree (minimum 3 years duration) with at least 50% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA from a UGC-recognized university.
Eligible Disciplines:

• Commerce
• Accounting
• Finance
• Economics
• CA (issued by ICAI)
• CMA / ICWA (issued by ICMAI)
3. Work Experience
• Candidates must possess full-time, paid, post-qualification work experience in any of the following areas:
– Entrepreneurship development
– MSME promotion
– Startup incubation
– Livelihood missions
– Market linkage
– Skill development
– Program or project management
• Internships, part-time roles, voluntary work, and freelance projects will NOT be considered.
• All experience must be supported by verifiable official documents such as appointment letters, salary slips, or experience certificates.
4. Evaluation Criteria and Scoring Profile

5. Interview Round
• Candidates must score minimum 40 marks in the profile evaluation to qualify for interview.
• Shortlisting will be limited to 2–3 times the number of vacancies.
