OF JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOW
Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the position of Junior
Research Fellow in SERB funded project as per the details given below.
1. Title of project: “Bandgap Engineering in Antimonene Nanoribbon
for Photodetector Application”
2. Funding agency: Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB),
Department of Science and Technology. Govt. of India.
3. Project Position: Junior Research Fellow (01 No.)
4. Duration: 3 years
5. Qualifications: M.Sc. Physics/ M.Sc. Electronics/ M.Sc./M. Tech.
Nanotechnology or equivalent with a minimum of 55%
marks and valid NETIJRFISETIGATE.
6. Emoluments
(per month):
Rs.31000/-+16% HRA for Ist two years &
Rs.35000/-+16% HRA for 3rd year.
7. Desirable: Preference will be given to the candidates having
sound knowledge of modelling and simulation of nanoscale
electronic devices and their applications.
8. The position is temporary and co-terminus with the project
