The Government of Jammu & Kashmir, Office of the Deputy Commissioner Kathua, has issued a fresh contractual recruitment notice under the Mission YUVA scheme (“Yuva Sapne, Nayi Ummedein”). Applications are invited from eligible candidates to build the future of entrepreneurship in J&K by managing Small Business Development Units (SBDU) and Business Help Desks (BHDs).

Eligibility Criteria:
- Age Limit: 21 to 45 years as on the date of notification.
- Domicile: Must be a domicile of Jammu & Kashmir.
- Educational Qualification: Minimum 3 years graduate degree with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA from a UGC-recognized university in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or Economics. Alternatively, a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA/ICWA) designation is accepted.
- Experience: Full-time, paid, post-qualification work experience in entrepreneurship development, MSME promotion, startup incubation, livelihoods, market linkage, skill development, or program management in the development or government sector.
