With reference to this Directorate’s Advertisement Notice No. 01-DHS of 2026 dated 03.01.2026, applications were invited from eligible candidates for the purpose of constitution of the Ladakh State Allied and Healthcare Council. However, the selection process could not be completed due to the non-availability of eligible candidates.
इस निदेशालय के विज्ञापन नोटिस संख्या 01-DHS of 2026 दिनांक 03.01.2026 के संदर्भ में, लद्दाख राज्य संबद्ध और स्वास्थ्य देखभाल परिषद के गठन के उद्देश्य से पात्र उम्मीदवारों से आवेदन आमंत्रित किए गए थे। हालांकि, पात्र उम्मीदवारों की अनुपलब्धता के कारण चयन प्रक्रिया पूरी नहीं हो सकी।
Now, in pursuance of the directions of the higher authorities regarding the establishment of the “Ladakh State Allied and Healthcare Council,” applications are hereby invited afresh from eligible candidates under the categories and eligibility criteria mentioned below for the constitution of the Ladakh State Allied and Healthcare Council under the provisions of the National Commission for Allied and Healthcare Professions Act, 2021.
अब, “लद्दाख राज्य संबद्ध और स्वास्थ्य देखभाल परिषद” की स्थापना के संबंध में उच्च अधिकारियों के निर्देशों के अनुपालन में, राष्ट्रीय संबद्ध और स्वास्थ्य देखभाल पेशा आयोग अधिनियम, 2021 के प्रावधानों के तहत लद्दाख राज्य संबद्ध और स्वास्थ्य देखभाल परिषद के गठन के लिए नीचे उल्लिखित श्रेणियों और पात्रता मानदंडों के तहत पात्र उम्मीदवारों से नए सिरे से आवेदन आमंत्रित किए जाते हैं।

The applications on plain paper, along with self-attested copies of all documents in support of the credentials/eligibility criteria laid down for each category, shall be addressed to the Director, Health Services / Member Secretary, Search Committee, State Allied and Healthcare Council, through email at dhs-ladakh[dot]gov[dot]in or submitted in the Office of the Director, Health Services, UT-Ladakh, Namra Complex, Near All India Radio Station, Leh Ladakh, Pin No. 194101, within 15 days from the date of this notification.
सादे कागज पर आवेदन, प्रत्येक श्रेणी के लिए निर्धारित क्रेडेंशियल/पात्रता मानदंडों के समर्थन में सभी दस्तावेजों की स्व-सत्यापित प्रतियों के साथ, निदेशक, स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं / सदस्य सचिव, खोज समिति, राज्य संबद्ध और स्वास्थ्य देखभाल परिषद को dhs-ladakh[dot]gov[dot]in पर ईमेल के माध्यम से संबोधित किया जाएगा या इस अधिसूचना की तारीख से 15 दिनों के भीतर निदेशक, स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं, यूटी-लद्दाख, नमरा कॉम्प्लेक्स, ऑल इंडिया रेडियो स्टेशन के पास, लेह लद्दाख, पिन नंबर 194101 के कार्यालय में जमा किया जाएगा।
Terms and Conditions / नियम और शर्तें
i. The applications on plain paper, along with self-attested copies of all documents in support of the credentials/eligibility criteria laid down for each category, shall be addressed to the Director, Health Services / Member Secretary, Search Committee, State Allied and Healthcare Council, through email at dhs-ladakh@ladakh.gov.in or submitted in the Office of the Director, Health Services, UT-Ladakh, Namra Complex, Near All India Radio Station, Leh Ladakh, Pin No. 194101, within 15 days from the date of this notification.
i. सादे कागज पर आवेदन, प्रत्येक श्रेणी के लिए निर्धारित पात्रता मानदंडों के समर्थन में सभी दस्तावेजों की स्व-सत्यापित प्रतियों के साथ, निदेशक स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं को ईमेल द्वारा या कार्यालय में 15 दिनों के भीतर जमा किए जाएंगे।
ii. The selection of eligible candidates shall be made on the basis of combined academic merit and work experience as per the eligibility criteria laid down by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, GoI, and the Search Committee constituted for the purpose.
ii. पात्र उम्मीदवारों का चयन भारत सरकार के स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय और इस उद्देश्य के लिए गठित खोज समिति द्वारा निर्धारित पात्रता मानदंडों के अनुसार संयुक्त शैक्षणिक योग्यता और कार्य अनुभव के आधार पर किया जाएगा।
iii. The candidates will be required to produce the relevant certificates, as mentioned above, in original as proof of having acquired the prescribed educational qualification at the time of interview, failing which the candidature of such candidates shall be cancelled by the Selection Committee.
iii. उम्मीदवारों को साक्षात्कार के समय निर्धारित शैक्षणिक योग्यता प्राप्त करने के प्रमाण के रूप में मूल रूप से प्रासंगिक प्रमाण पत्र प्रस्तुत करने की आवश्यकता होगी, जिसमें विफल रहने पर चयन समिति द्वारा ऐसे उम्मीदवारों की उम्मीदवारी रद्द कर दी जाएगी।
iv. Candidates may note that their candidature will remain provisional till the genuineness of their documents relating to educational qualification is verified by the Search Committee.
iv. उम्मीदवार ध्यान दें कि उनकी उम्मीदवारी तब तक अनंतिम रहेगी जब तक कि शैक्षणिक योग्यता से संबंधित उनके दस्तावेजों की स्वाखता की जांच खोज समिति द्वारा नहीं कर ली जाती।
v. The decision of the Search Committee in all matters relating to eligibility, acceptance or rejection of applications, penalty for furnishing false information, mode of selection, conduct of interview, preparation of merit list, and debarment for indulging in malpractices shall be final and binding on the candidates, and no enquiry/correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
v. पात्रता, आवेदनों की स्वीकृति या अस्वीकृति, झूठी जानकारी देने के लिए जुर्माना, चयन के तरीके, साक्षात्कार के संचालन, योग्यता सूची की तैयारी, और कदाचार में शामिल होने के लिए देबारमेंट से संबंधित सभी मामलों में खोज समिति का निर्णय अंतिम और उम्मीदवारों पर बाध्यकारी होगा, और इस संबंध में कोई पूछताछ/पत्रव्यवहार नहीं किया जाएगा।
vi. For further details regarding the constitution of the State-level Allied and Healthcare Council, interested candidates may consult Gazette Notification No. 14 of 2021 dated 28th March 2021 regarding the National Commission for Allied and Healthcare Professions Act, 2021, and the Schedule of the said Act for details of the ten categories and fifty-six professions.
vi. राज्य स्तरीय संबद्ध और स्वास्थ्य देखभाल परिषद के गठन के बारे में अधिक जानकारी के लिए, इच्छुक उम्मीदवार राष्ट्रीय संबद्ध और स्वास्थ्य देखभाल पेशा आयोग अधिनियम, 2021 के संबंध में राजपत्र अधिसूचना संख्या 14 ऑफ 2021 दिनांक 28 मार्च 2021 और दस श्रेणियों और छप्पन पेशों के विवरण के लिए उक्त अधिनियम की अनुसूची का परामर्श कर सकते हैं।
