Subject: Filling up of the posts of Drivers (District Cadre).
Reference:- Communication No. 22/2022/5ecy/Selection dated 21.09.2022 issued from the Secretariat of Hon’ble Administrative Judge District Baramula.
Offline applications are invited on the prescribed format (Annexure A) attached to this advertisement Notice from the elible candidates belonging to District
5aramulla only tor the posts of Drvers (DIstrict Cadre) in the Pay Level 2 (19900-65200).
Eligibility:
i) A candidate should be a domicile of U.T of Jammu & Kashmir in terms of Notifñcation isued by the General Administration Department vide S.0. 16 dated
18.05.2020 and a resident of District Baramulla.
i) Maximum & Minimum age of the candidate as on 01.01.2022 shall be the same as prescribed by the Government in terms of Civil Services Regulations.
in) A candidate should be a matriculate froma recognized Board of School Education and must possess a valid driving license with LMV/HMV endorsement.
w) Applications shall be supported with the self-attested copies of the following documents.
a) Qualification Certificate. (Matriculation)
Note: Hon’ble High Court has been pleased to accord relaxation in educational qualification in favour of Shri Mohamad Ayoub Ganai Driver, working on daily
wage basis in the Court of Addl District & Sessions Judge, Baramulla and Shri Rayees Ahmad Malik, Driver, working on daily wage basis in the Court of Addl.
District&Sessions Judge, Sopore, vide communication No’s 810/PSY-621 dated 30.08.2022 & 866/PSY-621 dated 07.09.2022 respectively.
b.Date of Birth Certihcate. (Secondary School/ MatriC certmcate)

01 post of Driver for District Baramulia stands already advertised by the Hon’ble High Court of Jammu & Kashmir & Ladakh vide Advertisement Notice No. 01
oT 2019 dated 10.01.2019 and the Selection process tor the said post is also to be made and the candidates who have already applied in pursuance to the sad
advertisement notice need not apply again and the Forms already received may be considered accordingly.

5. A candidate shall have to deposit fee of Rs 200/- in the Form of Demand Draft from J&K Bank Ltd. in favour of Principal District& Sessions Judge, Baramulia.
5. A candidate shall have to undergo a written test for assessment of his General Knowledge and the awareness about Irafhic Rules and on the basis of merit
obtained in the written test, the candidates shall be called for determining the driving skill in the ratio of 1:5.
. Cumulative grade of the marks obtained in the written examination and the driving test shall form the inal merit.
8. The persons who are already engaged on adhoc or daily wage basis in the Courts of Baramulia shall be eligible to apply irespective of the minimum and
maximum standards of age, and they shall deemed to be given relaxation in the minimum and maximum standards of age.
9. In-service candidates shall route their applications through proper channel only.
10.Wide publicity shall be given through print and electronic media, official website districts.ecourts.gov.in/ Baramulla about the venue, dates ofthe written/
driving skil tests for the information of the eligible candidates. Call letters for written/ driving test will also be sent to the eligible
