Applications on appended format are invited from eligible candi- dates for participation in selection process for engagement of Aspirational Block Programme (ABP) Fellow from across the country to work in Aspirational Block Thakrakote purely on con- tractual basis.
The contractual engagement shall initially be for a period of 01 year only, extendable subject to satisfactory per- formance, continuation of scheme and funding from Government of India.

1. Mandatory Post-Graduation Degree in any of the following disciplines from reputed recognized institution:
Rural Development
b. Public Administration.
Business Administration.
d. Social Works.
e. Economics.
f. Statistics.

2. Candidate should compulsory possess minimum of 01-year experience of working on Government Projects or in missions in a consulting capacity or a Fellowship like PMRDF. Candidates having genuine work experience through internships with a recognized developmental organization (Local NGOs not included) shall also be considered. 3. Candidates should also possess data analysis
and presentation skills. 4. Candidates should be conversant with use of social media.
5. Candidates should Management Skills. possess Project
6. The Candidate must have Self-driven with a good communication skills and Knowledge of local Language.
7. Well conversant with both English, Hindi, Urdu and local languages as the work requires field level interaction.
