EMPLOYMENT NOTICE
ECHS invites applications from Ex-Servicemen to engage following Medical Staff on contractual
basis in ECHS Polyclinic, Srinagar for a period of one year renewable for additional period of one
year/till attaining the maximum age subject to performance of candidates/ other conditions
according to the criteria as mentioned:

3. Last date for receipt of applications as per format given at our website. Application as per
requisite format at our website, along with self attested photocopies of testimonials in support of
Educational Qualification and Work Experiences will be submitted to OIC, ECHS Cell, Stn HQ Srinagar
by 05 Jan 2023 in duplicate and also by e-mail above, by 05 Jan 2023. Applications on e-mail are
mandatory. Any application received after the stipulated time will not be accepted.
Interview Date, Timing & Venue : Interview Date, Timing & Venue will be intimated personally via e-
mail/ SMS on Mobile Nos. Candidates must bring all the original certificate/ mark sheets/ degree of
Matric/ 10+2/ Graduation/ Post Graduation/ Diploma Course and work experience/ {Discharge Book
(PPO) for ESM} and 02 (two) passport size colour photographs at the time of interview. No TA/ DA is
admissible. All candidates will give their mobile number and e-mail ld for intimating date and time/
venue in the application form. Only candidates meeting the Qualitative Requirements may apply
