Recruitment on Contract Basis for ICT & Data Centre Setup Project

I. Recruitment Details (Posts and Eligibility)

ERNET India intends to fill up the following posts purely on **contract basis** through interview, as per details mentioned below. The appointment shall be purely on contract basis for a fixed duration, initially for a period of one year, further extendable (up to a maximum of three years) or curtailed based on the project requirements and performance.

(A) Post: Project Manager Level 02 (Mohali and Bangalore)

Essential Qualification: Full time B.Tech/BE/MCA/M.Sc or equivalent degree in relevant discipline (*).
Work experience: Atleast **10 years** in the relevant field **post qualification** (B.Tech/BE/MCA/MSc) or minimum **08 years** of experience **post qualification** (M.Tech/M.E).
Relevant Field of Experience: Networking/Telecom/ Data Centers / IT Infrastructure commissioning & management. However, atleast **5 years** of experience should be available in managing projects related to Data Centers /IT Infrastructure related Projects.

(B) Post: Project Manager Level 02 (Delhi)

Work experience: Atleast **10 years** in the relevant field **post qualification** (B.Tech/BE/MCA/MSc) or minimum **08 years** of experience **post qualification** (M.Tech/M.E).
Relevant Field of Experience: Candidate should have managed **three or more** IT projects end to end. Experience in Project Management, Vendor Billing, Asset Management etc.

(C) Post: Project Manager Level 01 (Delhi)

Work experience: Atleast **6 years** in the relevant field **post qualification** (B.Tech/BE/MCA/MSc) or minimum **04 years** of experience **post qualification** (M.Tech/M.E).
Relevant Field of Experience: Candidate should have managed/assisted atleast **one** IT project end to end. Experience in Technical Proposals & Tenders, **OR** ICT Projects deployment.

(D) & (E) Post: Sr. Project Engineer (Mohali)

Relevant Field of Experience:
*For Post (D):* Candidate should have good knowledge in **Routing and Switching** (LAN, WAN, OSPF, BGP etc.).
*For Post (E):* Candidate should have good knowledge of **Server operation** (Hardware & Software), **Linus, Ubuntu, Redhat** etc.

(F) Post: Jr. Executive Assistant (Delhi)

Monthly Remuneration	Rs. 25,000/- to 35,000/- per month

Essential Qualification: Full time **Graduate in any discipline**.
Work experience: Atleast **3 years** in the relevant field **post qualification** in case of Graduate or minimum **1 year** of experience in Govt./CPSE/Autonomous Bodies.
Relevant Field of Experience: Must be able to handle Office work, Letter drafting, Phone handling, Document maintenance, Meeting Coordination and should be proficient in **MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)**.

***Relevant Discipline (Educational Qualification) for Engineer/Manager Posts:*** Electronics/ Information Technology/Electronics and Communication/ Tele Communication Science/Computer Application/Instrumentation/Physics.

II. Application Process & General Conditions

1. Last Date for Application: Eligible candidates interested to appear in the interview should forward their CV/Bio-data in the format provided at **Annexure -I** (in the PDF) along with self-attested copies of certificates in proof of education /experience/age/caste etc. through email at [email protected] by **04:00 PM on 06.11.2025**.

2. Selection Process:

Candidates will be shortlisted for the interview. Shortlisted candidates will be informed by return email indicating the tentative time to attend the interview.
If the number of applications exceeds 20 for a single vacancy, ERNET India may devise a criteria for shortlisting for the interview, and may also decide on a proficiency test.

3. Date of Determining Eligibility: The date of determining the upper age limit, qualification, and experience shall be the **date of interview**. Experience must be post-qualification.

4. Compensation & Benefits: In addition to the monthly consolidated remuneration, candidates will be eligible for the following benefits as per ERNET India rules: Meal Coupon, Medical Insurance, Re-imbursement of OPD bills, and Term life insurance.
