Recruitment of Incubation manager for GIF Under DST support of the establishment of i-TBI under the NIDHI Scheme
NIT Srinagar, in association with the Department of Science and Technology (DST). Government of India, has established a NIDHI i-TBI (Technology Business Incubator) named GIF (Greenovator Incubation Foundation). GIF is a not-for-profit Company registered under Section 8 of the Companies Act 2013. GIF Incubation Centre has been set up to support technology startups in UT of J&K and other parts of the country.
It aims to promote startup and entrepreneurial activities on the NIT Srinagar campus and commercialize R&D efforts across all engineering and technology disciplines, including energy, electronics, environment, agriculture, and manufacturing.
It also extensively undertakes incubation and preincubation activities for innovators and startups under Mo-MSME incubation and design expertise schemes. It also envisions developing incubation activities in other sectors in the coming years with support from various government/semi-government and private entities.

INCUBATION MANAGER (1 post)
Greenovator Incubation Foundation, a section-8 company that fosters green innovation, seeks a dynamic and visionary Incubation Manager to join our team. Applications are invited from eligible candidates (citizens of India) to fill the Incubation Manager vacancy at GIF, NIT Srinagar.
The candidate must be creative and passionate about nurturing innovations and driving sustainable technology development and possess experience in technology/product development and incubation.
Job Role:
To provide technical, regulatory, liaison, administrative, and organizational support within the GIF, working with incubators, innovators, and startups. Reporting to the CEO, GIF, the Incubation Manager will be responsible for the incubation facility’s day-to-day operations. (This dynamic role is suitable for a passionate and resourceful person looking to apply their diverse skills to make an impactful contribution to the incubation center).
As an Incubation Manager at Greenovator Incubation Centre, the candidate will be pivotal in guiding and supporting startups in developing groundbreaking technologies to create a more sustainable future. The candidate will provide technical and strategic guidance, mentorship, and resources to help these startups thrive from ideation to market launch.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and recruit promising startup ventures focused on green technology.
Provide mentorship and technical support to technological startups throughout their
incubation journey.
