Application on the prescribed format are invited from eligible candidates (in-Service/Non-PSC doctors) for the tenure posts of Senior Residents/Tutor/Demonstrator on Academic Arrangement basis under 5.0-364 of 2020 dated 27.11.2020 in the following disciplines initially for a period of one year extendable, subject to good work and conduct of the candidate.

MBBS/MSC (Medical (Anatonry, Physiology & Biochemistry) for non-medical persons from an institute duly recognised by National Medical Com
mission /University y duly recognised ed by by University Grants Commission Co MD/DNB/PhD/D.Sc (Medical (Anatomy, Physiology & Biochemistry))
MD (Anatomy, Physiology & Biochemistry) Shall be given Preference MBBS with MS/MD/DNB/Diploma in the concemed discipline from an Institution recognised by National Medical Commission and registered with
18K State Medical Council.
Candidates interested in applying for the said posts at Government Medical College, Anantnag can download the application form from www.gmcanantnag.net or can obtain the application form for these posts from Main Campus Dialgam, Anantnag during working hours. The application forms complete in all respects, accompanied with a non-refundable bank draft for Rs. 300/- (Rupees three hundred only) pledged to Principal, Govt. Medical College Anantnag and payable at collection counter Anantnag, should be submitted in office of the Registrar Academics (R&I) GMC Anantnag by or before 10-02-2024. (The selection criteria will be adopted as per government Order No. 282-(HME) of 2023 Dated 04-04-2023).
Terms & Conditions:
1.Incomplete application form(s) in any respect or not be rejected without further notice.
2.Conditions for PSC/Non-PSC candidates. . For in-service (PSC) candidates:
a I.In service (PSC confirmed) candidates shall be paid salary as per their LPC The in-service doctors shall be allowed to apply only with the prior
permission of the Administrative Department as per the circular No. 05 JK HME of 2021 dated 21-12-2021 read with circular No. 02 JKHME of
2020 dated 20-01-2020 and Govt. Order. No. 03 JKHME of 2019 dated 27-05-2019. For the purpose they should route their application forms through the Administrative Department only. In case of the selection they will be allowed to join only after getting relieved from the
Administrative department.
b.For Non-PSC candidates
i)Maximum age for eligibility to apply shall be 50 years at the time of submitting application forms as per S.0-364 of 2020 dated 27.11.2020.
ii) The Non PSC doctors shall be paid stipend as per S.0-364 of 2020 dated 27.11.2020.
3. The application forms should be accompanied with the following self attested coples of the documents:-
a)MBBS Degree certificate from a recognized University/Institution.
b)Marks Certificate Ist, 2nd, Pre-Final and Final MBBS examination issued by the concerned University.
c)Attempt Certificate MBBS examination issued by the concerned University.
d)Internship completion certificate.
e)MD/MS/DNB/Diploma/MSc/PhD/D.Sc qualification certificates of the respective speciality.
f)MCI/J&K. Medical Council Registration Certificate.
g)Distinction/National Scholarship/Honours/Medals/Academic Merit Certificates.
h) 1)Date of Birth Certificate.
House Officer (House Job) experience certificate issued by the Principal of the Medical College concerned or equivalent recognized authority.
j)Physical active field service certificate after PG/Rural Service prior to PG certificate issued by the Director, Health Services, Jammu/Kashmir in
respect of In-service candidates.
k)Paper presentation/poster presentation in national/international conferences with best paper/poster/video presentation awards.
1)FMGE screening certificates for FMG only.
4. The Competent Authority reserves the right of any amendment, cancellation and modification to this advertisement as a whole or in part
without assigning any reason or giving notice.
5.The candidates who have completed the Senior Residency before need not to apply.
6.Candidate may note that their candidature will remain provisional till the genuineness of their documents relating to educational qualifica-
tion is verified by the appointing authority. 7. The decision of the selection committee regarding selection of candidates will be final and no representation will be entertained in this regard.
8.Separate application along with requisite fee is to be filed for each post applied.
9.In case any declaration by the candidates is found to be false or if the candidate has willfully suppressed any material/information relevant to
his/her appointment, his/her selection will be cancelled ab-intio and action as warranted under rules shall be initiated against the erring
candidates. 10. The selected candidates shall have to execute an agreement as mentioned in S.0-364 of 2020 dated 27.11.2020 and that he/she will not
leave the Department before the completion of tenure (one year), however abandoning/terminating after one year of the engagement in the specialty will require one month prior notice on either side falling which the salary shall not be paid for one month to the incumbent and shall
be released on completion of sanctionterm.
11. The application form should be accompanied with check list as per Annexure “A” attached with the advertisement.
