Subject: Advertisement for engagement of Faculty on Academic Arrangement Basis under S.O 364 of 2020 Dated: 27.11.2020 in Government Medical College, Anantnag.
In terms of S.O 364 of 2020 Dated: 27.11.2020 applications on plain papers are invited from the eligi- ble non-PSC/ retired persons for engagement as Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor on Academic Arrangement Basis, initially for a period of one year, extendable up to a period of six years (one year at a time and subject to good performance and conduct) or till the selection/promotion is made in accordance with the recruitment rules governing the respective posts, whichever is earlier.

As per the eligibility conditions prescribed vide Govt. Order No 282-JK(HME) of 2023 Dated:04-04-2023 (available on www. newgmcsrecruitment.in) and S.O 364 of 2020 Dated: 27-11-2020.
The candidates shall submit the attested copies of the following documents with their application
forms:
1. MBBS Degree and MCI/NMC Registration, M.D/ M.S in the concerned discipline from an institu- tion duly recognized by the Medical Council of India/National Medical Commission.
2. Experience Certificate as per Govt. Order No.282-JK (HME) of 2023 Dated 04.04.2023 issued by the Competent Authority/Head of Institution.

MBBS/MD/MS Attempt Certificate and MBBS Internship Completion Certificate.

Research Publications, oral presentation, poster/paper presentation, credit for writing a book or chapter as per Govt. Order No. 282-JK(HME) of 2023 Dated 04.04.2023.
Gold Medal for overall 1st Position in MBBS.
Higher Qualification Certificate-DM/MCH/DNB (Super Specialty) if any.
7. Affidavit duly attested from 1st Class Magistrate stating that the doctor is not in active Govt. Services.
8. Category Certificate, if any.
9. Any other documents as required by the Selection Committee during the process of recruit-
ment.
10. No. of vacancies in a particular department may increase/decrease or may not be available;
depending upon the availability of vacancies as the posts can be filled through JKPSC any time.
11. Date of Birth Certificate/ Matriculation Certificate.
12. Domicile Certificate.
13. Application forms complete in all respects, should be accompanied with a non-refundable bank
draft for Rs. 300/- (Rupees three hundred only) pledged to Principal, Govt. Medical College, Anantnag and submitted in the Office of Principal, GMC Anantnag at Main Campus, Dialgam.
