Applications on plain paper are invited from eligible candidates of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir for engagement against the position mentioned below on a contract basis for one year for the project titled Simulation in naturally occurring human errors in clinical skills of pediatric surgical and pediatric orthopaedics.

Terms and Conditions

• The contractual engagement is not being made against any substantive post and will not confer any right for regular or permanent appointment. The hired candidate must furnish an affidavit attested by a 1st Class Magistrate stating they will not claim regular appointment in the future based on this engagement.

• Engagement will initially be for one year or until the scheme continues, whichever is earlier. It may be extended yearly based on performance, approval of the competent authority, availability of budget, and continuation of the scheme.
• Willful negligence or refusal to perform duties will result in immediate termination without notice, and no salary will be paid for that period.

• No TA or DA will be paid for appearing in the written test or interview.
• Selected candidate must execute an agreement stating they will not leave the department before completion of the one-year contract. If terminated prematurely by the candidate, one-month prior notice is mandatory; otherwise, one month’s remuneration will be withheld.
• Only candidates with valid degree or diploma registration with MCI, SMS, or PMC can apply.

• Selected candidate must work as per job assigned under the approved scheme.
• Candidates must possess all original certificates at the time of interview. No certificate issued after the cutoff date will be entertained.
• In case of large number of applications, candidates may be shortlisted for written test or interview based on available positions and space.
