Sub.: Advertisement for Engagement of Paramedical staff, technical staff etc. on Academic Arrangement Basis under S.O-364, dated 27-11-2020 in Govt. Ayurvedic Medical College & Hospital Akhnoor.

विषय: राजकीय आयुर्वेदिक मेडिकल कॉलेज और अस्पताल अखनूर में S.O-364, दिनांक 27-11-2020 के तहत शैक्षणिक व्यवस्था के आधार पर पैरामेडिकल स्टाफ, तकनीकी स्टाफ आदि की नियुक्ति के लिए विज्ञापन।

In pursuance of the observations made by the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine during its Suo Moto visitation to Govt. Ayurvedic Medical College, Akhnoor on 22nd, 23rd May 2026.

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for engagement on Academic Arrangement Basis under S.O-364, dated 27-11-2020 to fulfill the shortfall identified by the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine as per the prescribed norms and requirements, for below mentioned posts,

initially for a period of one year extendable up to maximum of six years (one year at a time and subject to good performance and conduct) or till the selection is made in accordance with rules of recruitment rules governing the respective posts, whichever is earlier. The extension so granted under these rules shall not be beyond a period of six years under any circumstances.

22 और 23 मई 2026 को राजकीय आयुर्वेदिक मेडिकल कॉलेज, अखनूर के सुओ मोटो दौरे के दौरान भारतीय चिकित्सा पद्धति के राष्ट्रीय आयोग द्वारा की गई टिप्पणियों के अनुसरण में। निर्धारित मानदंडों और आवश्यकताओं के अनुसार भारतीय चिकित्सा पद्धति के राष्ट्रीय आयोग द्वारा पहचानी गई कमी को पूरा करने के लिए S.O-364,

दिनांक 27-11-2020 के तहत शैक्षणिक व्यवस्था के आधार पर संलग्नक के लिए पात्र उम्मीदवारों से आवेदन आमंत्रित किए जाते हैं। यह प्रारंभ में एक वर्ष की अवधि के लिए होगा जिसे अधिकतम छह वर्ष तक बढ़ाया जा सकता है (एक बार में एक वर्ष और अच्छे प्रदर्शन और आचरण के अधीन) या जब तक संबंधित पदों को नियंत्रित करने वाले भर्ती नियमों के अनुसार चयन नहीं हो जाता, जो भी पहले हो।

Salary and age (maximum 63 Years at the time of submitting application) shall be as per S.O – 364 of 2020, dated 27-11-2020. The selection of the candidates for the posts shall be made by the Committee constituted for the purpose.

The Appointment against the advertised posts shall be purely on Academic arrangement basis only without conferment of any preferential right to the engages for regular appointment against these posts, which shall strictly be made in accordance with the relevant recruitment rules.

The service of the appointee under these rules shall be terminable before the expiry of the tenure of appointment with one month’s notice from either side or on payment of one month’s salary in lieu of notice by the appointing authority.

Selection of above mentioned posts shall be made after implementing all provisions of Rules & Regulations of Reservation Act, prevalent in the UT of J&K.

वेतन और आयु (आवेदन जमा करने के समय अधिकतम 63 वर्ष) S.O – 364 वर्ष 2020, दिनांक 27-11-2020 के अनुसार होगी। पदों के लिए उम्मीदवारों का चयन इस उद्देश्य के लिए गठित समिति द्वारा किया जाएगा। विज्ञापित पदों पर नियुक्ति विशुद्ध रूप से शैक्षणिक व्यवस्था के आधार पर होगी,

बिना इन पदों पर नियमित नियुक्ति के लिए कोई अधिमान्य अधिकार दिए। इन नियमों के तहत नियुक्त व्यक्ति की सेवा नियुक्ति की अवधि समाप्त होने से पहले किसी भी पक्ष से एक महीने के नोटिस पर या नियुक्ति प्राधिकारी द्वारा नोटिस के बदले एक महीने के वेतन के भुगतान पर समाप्त की जा सकती है। उपरोक्त पदों का चयन जेएंडके यूटी में प्रचलित आरक्षण अधिनियम के नियमों और विनियमों के सभी प्रावधानों को लागू करने के बाद किया जाएगा।

1 Marks Certificate of Degree/Diploma.
2 Degree/Diploma Certificate issued by University/Board/Paramedical Council of J&K.
3 Registration Certificate from the concerned Board.
4 Date of Birth Certificate.
5 Domicile Certificate of J&K, UT.
6 Category Certificate (updated).
7 Experience Certificate if any.
8 An affidavit duly attested by 1st Class Magistrate that the candidate is not in active Govt. Service.

आवेदन के साथ निम्नलिखित दस्तावेजों की स्व-सत्यापित फोटोकॉपी संलग्न करना अनिवार्य है: 1 डिग्री/डिप्लोमा का अंक प्रमाण पत्र। 2 जेएंडके विश्वविद्यालय/बोर्ड/पैरामेडिकल काउंसिल द्वारा जारी डिग्री/डिप्लोमा प्रमाण पत्र। 3 संबंधित बोर्ड से पंजीकरण प्रमाण पत्र। 4 जन्म तिथि प्रमाण पत्र। 5 जम्मू-कश्मीर यूटी का अधिवास प्रमाण पत्र। 6 श्रेणी प्रमाण पत्र (अपडेटेड)। 7 अनुभव प्रमाण पत्र यदि कोई हो। 8 प्रथम श्रेणी मजिस्ट्रेट द्वारा विधिवत सत्यापित एक हलफनामा कि उम्मीदवार सक्रिय सरकारी सेवा में नहीं है।

Note:
1. The candidates who have already applied for the post of Matron, Jr. Staff Nurse, Lab. Technician Pharmacognosist, X-Ray Technician, ECG Technician in Govt. Ayurvedic Medical College Akhnoor vide Advertisement Notice No. 05 – GAMC of 2026, dated 16-06-2026, need not to apply again.

2. The selection criteria for the aforementioned posts shall be displayed/published on official website www.gamcjammu.edu.in.

3. The incomplete applications in any respect shall be rejected without any intimation. In case of any dispute, the decision of chairperson of the selection committee shall be final.

नोट: 1. वे उम्मीदवार जिन्होंने विज्ञापन सूचना संख्या 05 – GAMC वर्ष 2026, दिनांक 16-06-2026 के माध्यम से राजकीय आयुर्वेदिक मेडिकल कॉलेज अखनूर में मेट्रन, जूनियर स्टाफ नर्स, लैब तकनीशियन फार्माकोग्नोसिस्ट, एक्स-रे तकनीशियन, ईसीजी तकनीशियन के पद के लिए पहले ही आवेदन कर दिया है, उन्हें फिर से आवेदन करने की आवश्यकता नहीं है।

2. उपर्युक्त पदों के लिए चयन मानदंड आधिकारिक वेबसाइट www.gamcjammu.edu.in पर प्रदर्शित/प्रकाशित किए जाएंगे। 3. किसी भी संबंध में अपूर्ण आवेदनों को बिना किसी सूचना के खारिज कर दिया जाएगा। किसी भी विवाद के मामले में, चयन समिति के अध्यक्ष का निर्णय अंतिम होगा।
