Online applications are invited for various human resource positions under the ICMR Project under PM-ABHIM titled “Capacity Building for Pandemic Preparedness (CBPP)”.

These positions are purely on a contractual basis and co-terminus with the scheme at the Department of Microbiology, Government Medical College Baramulla, initially for a period of one year, further extendable based on performance.

जीएमसी बारामुल्ला के माइक्रोबायोलॉजी विभाग में पीएम-अभीम (PM-ABHIM) के तहत आईसीएमआर (ICMR) परियोजना “महामारी की तैयारी के लिए क्षमता निर्माण (CBPP)” के अंतर्गत विभिन्न मानव संसाधन पदों के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन आमंत्रित किए गए हैं। ये पद पूरी तरह से अनुबंध के आधार पर हैं और योजना की समाप्ति के साथ समाप्त होने वाले हैं, जो प्रारंभिक रूप से एक वर्ष की अवधि के लिए हैं और प्रदर्शन के आधार पर आगे बढ़ाए जा सकते हैं।

Mandatory Terms & Service Conditions

Candidates must be a Domicile of the UT of Jammu and Kashmir. Selected professionals must submit an undertaking in the shape of an affidavit duly attested by a 1st class magistrate, ensuring adherence to the administrative roster and non-participation in strikes.

All roles are temporary, purely on a contract basis, and offer no rights for permanent absorption. The administration reserves the right to terminate employment with a required 30 days of notice period from either side if institutional targets are unmet.

उम्मीदवारों को केंद्र शासित प्रदेश जम्मू-कश्मीर का मूल निवासी होना अनिवार्य है। चयनित पेशेवरों को प्रथम श्रेणी मजिस्ट्रेट द्वारा सत्यापित शपथ पत्र के रूप में एक वचन पत्र जमा करना होगा, जिसमें प्रशासनिक रोस्टर के पालन और हड़तालों में भाग न लेने की पुष्टि की गई हो।

सभी पद अस्थायी हैं, पूरी तरह से अनुबंध के आधार पर हैं, और स्थायी अवशोषण का कोई अधिकार नहीं देते हैं। यदि संस्थागत लक्ष्य पूरे नहीं होते हैं, तो प्रशासन के पास दोनों पक्षों की ओर से आवश्यक 30 दिनों की नोटिस अवधि के साथ रोजगार समाप्त करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित है।

An increment of 5% on initial emoluments will be applicable after completion of every two years based on performance reviews. Employees are entitled to a paid leave of 1.5 days per completed month of engagement.

Candidates must possess educational certificates from a recognized Board/University, and all experience must be counted after the date of obtaining minimum essential qualifications. In-service candidates are declared ineligible to apply.
