The Government Medical College (GMC) Handwara has issued an advertisement notice for the engagement of Senior Residents, Registrars, and Demonstrators. These positions are being filled purely on an Academic Arrangement basis under S.O. 364 of 2020 within the Department of General Medicine at GMC Handwara.

Selected candidates will initially be engaged for a period of one year, which is extendable up to a maximum of three years based on work conduct and performance. In-service candidates (PSC) must fulfill all pre-requisites according to J&K Civil Service rules 1979 and provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their parent department.
