Applications are invited from the eligible candidates/doctors who are citizens of India (Domicile/Non-Domicile of UT of J&K) for engagement as Senior Resident in different disciplines of Govt. Medical College, Udhampur purely on Academic Arrangement basis under S.O. 364 dated: 27/11/2020 initially for a period of one (01) year extendable up to maximum of 03 years subject to good conduct and satisfactory performance of the candidates.

योग्य उम्मीदवारों/डॉक्टरों से आवेदन आमंत्रित किए जाते हैं जो भारत के नागरिक हैं (जम्मू-कश्मीर के अधिवास/गैर-अधिवास) एस.ओ. 364 दिनांक: 27/11/2020 के तहत विशुद्ध रूप से शैक्षणिक व्यवस्था के आधार पर शुरू में एक (01) वर्ष की अवधि के लिए जिसे उम्मीदवारों के अच्छे आचरण और संतोषजनक प्रदर्शन के अधीन अधिकतम 03 वर्षों तक बढ़ाया जा सकता है।

SELECTION AND ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA / चयन और पात्रता मानदंड

The application forms should be complete in all respects and accompanied with a non-refundable bank draft of Rupees Five Hundred only from JK Bank in favour of Principal, Govt. Medical College, Udhampur. Incomplete application or those leaving the requisite fee will be summarily rejected.

आवेदन पत्र सभी तरह से पूर्ण होने चाहिए और प्रिंसिपल, गवर्नमेंट मेडिकल कॉलेज, उधमपुर के पक्ष में जेके बैंक से पांच सौ रुपये का गैर-वापसी योग्य बैंक ड्राफ्ट संलग्न होना चाहिए। अपूर्ण आवेदन या अपेक्षित शुल्क न देने वालों को सरसरी तौर पर खारिज कर दिया जाएगा।

Maximum age for eligibility to apply shall be 50 years as on cut-off date. The last date for the receipt of applications provided in the notification shall be the cutoff date for determining the eligibility.

आवेदन करने की पात्रता के लिए अधिकतम आयु कट-ऑफ तिथि पर 50 वर्ष होगी। अधिसूचना में प्रदान की गई आवेदनों की प्राप्ति की अंतिम तिथि पात्रता निर्धारित करने के लिए कट-ऑफ तिथि होगी।

The Selection & Eligibility Criteria is in terms of Govt. Order No. 382-JK(HME) of 2024 & Govt. Order No. 383-JK(HME) of 2024 dated 20.06.2024. In case of written test as decided by the Selection Committee the question paper will comprise of 50 questions (MCQ Based) of 100 marks (2 marks each) and there will be negative marking of ¼ of allotted marks (0.5 marks) per question.

चयन और पात्रता मानदंड सरकारी आदेश संख्या 382-जेके(एचएमई) 2024 और सरकारी आदेश संख्या 383-जेके(एचएमई) 2024 दिनांक 20.06.2024 के संदर्भ में है। चयन समिति द्वारा निर्णय लिए गए लिखित परीक्षा के मामले में प्रश्न पत्र में 100 अंकों (प्रत्येक 2 अंक) के 50 प्रश्न (एमसीक्यू आधारित) शामिल होंगे और प्रति प्रश्न आवंटित अंकों का ¼ (0.5 अंक) नकारात्मक अंकन होगा।

APPLICATIONS SHOULD BE ACCOMPANIED WITH SELF ATTESTED COPIES OF THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS:

आवेदन पत्र के साथ निम्नलिखित दस्तावेजों की स्व-सत्यापित प्रतियां संलग्न होनी चाहिए:

1. Date of Birth Certificate (10th Diploma/Mark sheet, any other). / जन्म तिथि प्रमाण पत्र (10वीं डिप्लोमा/मार्कशीट, कोई अन्य)।
2. MBBS/Diploma/MD/MS/DNB/Mch/DM all terms mark sheets and qualification of the respective specialty. / एमबीबीएस/डिप्लोमा/एमडी/एमएस/डीएनबी/एमसीएच/डीएम सभी टर्म मार्कशीट और संबंधित विशेषज्ञता की योग्यता।
3. Attempt certificate of 1st, 2nd, Pre-final and Final MBBS issued by concerned Universities. / संबंधित विश्वविद्यालयों द्वारा जारी प्रथम, द्वितीय, प्री-फाइनल और फाइनल एमबीबीएस का प्रयास प्रमाण पत्र।
4. MBBS degree and MCI/NMC/State Medical Council registration certificate. / एमबीबीएस डिग्री और एमसीआई/एनएमसी/राज्य मेडिकल काउंसिल पंजीकरण प्रमाण पत्र।
5. Internship completion certificate. / इंटर्नशिप पूर्णता प्रमाण पत्र।
6. Distinction / National scholarship / Honours / Medals / Academic Merit Certificate if any. / डिस्टिंक्शन/राष्ट्रीय छात्रवृत्ति/ऑनर्स/पदक/अकादमिक योग्यता प्रमाण पत्र यदि कोई हो।
7. House-job (Jr.) certificate issued by concerned Principal or Equivalent authority. / संबंधित प्राचार्य या समकक्ष प्राधिकारी द्वारा जारी हाउस-जॉब (जूनियर) प्रमाण पत्र।
8. FMGE certificate in case of MBBS & degree from outside the country. / देश के बाहर से एमबीबीएस और डिग्री के मामले में एफएमजीई प्रमाण पत्र।
9. Professional publications in a standard medical Journal if any. / मानक मेडिकल जर्नल में पेशेवर प्रकाशन यदि कोई हो।

TERMS AND CONDITION / नियम और शर्तें:

• The candidates shall be paid salaries accordance with S.O. 364 of 2020 Dated: 27-11-2020. / उम्मीदवारों को एस.ओ. 364 ऑफ 2020 दिनांक: 27-11-2020 के अनुसार वेतन दिया जाएगा।
• The maximum tenure of Senior Resident shall be (03) three years and no further extension shall be granted under any circumstances as mentioned in Govt. Order No. 383-JK(HME) of 2024 dated 20.06.2024. / सीनियर रेजिडेंट का अधिकतम कार्यकाल (03) तीन वर्ष होगा।
• Candidates may note that their candidature will remain provisional till the genuineness of their documents relating to educational qualification is verified by the Appointing Authority. / उम्मीदवारों की उम्मीदवारी तब तक अनंतिम रहेगी जब तक कि नियुक्ति प्राधिकारी द्वारा दस्तावेजों का सत्यापन नहीं हो जाता।
• The appointee shall be required to submit an affidavit duly attested by the Judicial Magistrate at the time of joining to the effect that he/she is not working in any other medical college and will serve for the tenure period. / नियुक्त व्यक्ति को कार्यभार ग्रहण करते समय न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट द्वारा विधिवत सत्यापित एक हलफनामा प्रस्तुत करना होगा।
• The candidates who have already completed their tenure as Registrar/Demonstrator/ Senior Resident in any discipline need not to apply and their application forms shall not be considered. A separate application form is to be filled up for each post /specialty and fee is to be deposited separately for each post applied by the candidate. / जिन उम्मीदवारों ने पहले ही अपना कार्यकाल पूरा कर लिया है, उन्हें आवेदन करने की आवश्यकता नहीं है।
• Candidates are advised not to provide any false information or suppress any material facts. / उम्मीदवारों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे कोई गलत जानकारी न दें या कोई सामग्री तथ्य न छिपाएं।
• Candidates are subject to strict disciplinary standards. Any candidate found engaging in wrongful support, impersonation, or submitting fabricated documents shall be liable to criminal prosecution. / उम्मीदवार सख्त अनुशासनात्मक मानकों के अधीन हैं।
• The appointment of the candidate shall be terminable on either side by serving a prior notice of one month or on payment of one month’s salary. In case of a tie in merit, the candidate who has scored more marks in MBBS shall be given preference. In case the marks are also same, candidate older in age shall be preferred. / नियुक्ति एक महीने के पूर्व नोटिस द्वारा समाप्त की जा सकती है।
• Along with the select list, a waiting list shall be maintained, which be valid for a period of 3 month, for each discipline. / चयन सूची के साथ, एक प्रतीक्षा सूची बनाए रखी जाएगी, जो 3 महीने की अवधि के लिए वैध होगी।
• The appointment against the advertised posts for non-PSC candidates shall always be on tenure basis without conferment of any preferential right on the engages for regular appointment. / विज्ञापित पदों के विरुद्ध नियुक्ति हमेशा कार्यकाल के आधार पर होगी।
• The engaged doctors shall not be entitled to Private Practice or undertake simultaneous Part time/Full time Job anywhere else and he/she shall work in the institution on full time basis. / लगे हुए डॉक्टर निजी प्रैक्टिस के हकदार नहीं होंगे और पूर्णकालिक आधार पर काम करेंगे।
• The vacancies are advertised as per the posts which are vacant or likely to fall vacant. However, the department may withdraw/alter number of vacancies. / विभाग किसी भी समय रिक्तियों की संख्या वापस ले सकता/बदल सकता है।
