1. Introduction

Government of Jammu and Kashmir, Office of the Superintendent, Govt. Women Industrial Training Institute Kalakote, Re-Advertisement Notice. Due to non-receipt of any application from eligible candidates based on qualification & relevant experience as per DGT norms, applications on proforma are again invited from domiciled candidates of J&K for conducting classes of below mentioned trades at Govt. ITI Kalakote session 2026-27 only purely on guest faculty & temporary basis.

जम्मू और कश्मीर सरकार, अधीक्षक का कार्यालय, राजकीय महिला औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण संस्थान (ITI) कालाकोट, पुन:-विज्ञापन सूचना। डीजीटी मानदंडों के अनुसार योग्यता और प्रासंगिक अनुभव के आधार पर पात्र उम्मीदवारों से कोई आवेदन प्राप्त न होने के कारण, सत्र 2026-27 के लिए विशुद्ध रूप से अतिथि संकाय और अस्थायी आधार पर कक्षाएं संचालित करने हेतु जम्मू-कश्मीर के अधिवासित उम्मीदवारों से प्रोफ़ार्मा पर फिर से आवेदन आमंत्रित किए जाते हैं।

2. Job Requirements

The candidates having desired qualification/relevant experience can submit their applications with the office of undersigned up to 27-10-2026 during working hours. The selection of the candidate will be done strictly on the basis criteria of Merit points prescribed as per guidelines set by Department of Skill Development J&K. The candidates who have already applied vide this office Advertisement Notice No. ITI/KKT/2026/315-21 Dated: 03-09-2026 need not apply again but can submit the qualification & genuine experience related documents, if any before last date. The age criteria shall be 18 years (minimum) and 45 years (maximum) as on 01-01-2026.

वांछित योग्यता/प्रासंगिक अनुभव रखने वाले उम्मीदवार 27-10-2026 तक कार्य समय के दौरान अधोहस्ताक्षरी के कार्यालय में अपने आवेदन जमा कर सकते हैं। उम्मीदवार का चयन कौशल विकास विभाग जम्मू-कश्मीर द्वारा निर्धारित दिशानिर्देशों के अनुसार योग्यता अंकों के आधार पर किया जाएगा। 01-01-2026 तक आयु सीमा न्यूनतम 18 वर्ष और अधिकतम 45 वर्ष होगी।

Consumer Electronics Appliances Normal)	B.Voc/Degree in Electronics/ Electronics and Telecommunication/ Electronics and Communication Engineering from AICTE/UGC recognized Engineering College/ university with one-year experience in the relevant field. OR03 years Diploma in Electronics/ Electronics and Telecommunication/ Electronics and Communication from AICTE recognized board of technical education or relevant Advanced Diploma (Vocational) from DGT with two years’ experience in the relevant field. OR NTC/NAC/STC passed in the Trade of “Mechanic Consumer Electronic Appliances” and CITS/NCIC passed in the relevant trade With three years’ experience in the relevant field.
2.	Guest Faculty (Secretarial Practice Normal)	B.Voc. /Degree in Commerce/ Arts (with Short-hand & typing) from UGC recognized university with one-year experience in the relevant field. ORDiploma (Minimum 2 years) in Commercial Practice from recognized board of education or Advanced Diploma (Vocational) from DGT with two years’ experience in the relevant field. OR NTC/NAC/STC passed in “Secretarial Practice (English)” trade and CITS/NCIC passed in the relevant trade with three years’ experience in the relevant field.

Note: (i) In case where CITS qualified candidates are not available either due to the nonexistence of CITS course or non-receipt of application form any CITS qualified candidates or for any other reasons, candidates with relevant technical qualification may be engaged. (ii) If any candidate is having CITS qualification in addition to the Degree/ Diploma in relevant stream, preference will be given to such candidates over the degree/ diploma candidates not having CITS qualification.

The duly completed application forms must be accompanied with the self-attested copies of the following certificates/documents: Academic/Technical Qualification Certificate/Marks Certificate, Domicile Certificate, Date of Birth Certificate, Relevant Experience Certificate along with salary/transaction statement (if any), and Character Certificate (in original). Note: The Criteria of Merit points and other terms and conditions mentioned earlier in the above said advertisement notice remains unchanged.

नोट: यदि सीआईटीएस योग्य उम्मीदवार उपलब्ध नहीं हैं, तो प्रासंगिक तकनीकी योग्यता वाले उम्मीदवारों को लगाया जा सकता है। सीआईटीएस योग्यता रखने वाले उम्मीदवारों को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी। विधिवत भरे गए आवेदन पत्र के साथ सभी आवश्यक प्रमाण पत्रों की स्व-सत्यापित प्रतियां संलग्न होनी चाहिए।
