Subject:-Engagement/Hiring of Helpers/AAYAs under support at Pre-Primary (ECCE) for the year 2023-24.

NOTIFICATION

Last date of submission= 25th July 2023

Whereas, the Project Director, Samagra Shisha, J&K vide letter NO: Edu/PD/SmS/ECCE/Helpers/1861-1905/2023-24 dated: 06-06-2023 has issued guidelines for engagement of AAYAS/ Helpers in this institution where Pre-Primary students have been enrolled vide this Society Order NO: 07 of CHIRAG 2023 dated: 9-01-2023 for the year 2023-24.

Whereas, on perusal of the list submitted by the Samgra vide aforesaid letter there is nomination for engagement/Hiring of AAYAS in this institute where pre-primary class are functional with minimum enrollment of 5 students in terms of standing norms the engagement of AAYAS/Helpers is to be taken by the concerned Headmaster being Secondary level school. Further this school is eligible with having minimum enrollment of 5 students are notified for inviting applications for engagement of Helpers/AAYAs under support at Pre-Primary (ECCE)

for the year 2023-24.

Applications as per the enclosed format are invited for engagement/Hiring of Helpers/AAYAs under Early Child Care & Education (ECCE). Applications with documentary proof in each case i.eGeneral domicile of the particular area where the school is located, BPL Category Certificate, fitness certificate, qualification certificate shall reach of this office upto 25th July 2023.

CRITERIA OF HELPER/AAYA:

1. The engagement of the Helper/AAYA shall start from the date they are engaged/hired and shall conclude with the end of academic session. It can be extended subject to the performance

and the approval of funds from the Ministry of Education, Govt. of India in the particular component. Affidavit from 1st Class Magistrate shall have to be produced by the candidate

at the time of joining for not claiming for permanent absorption at any state. 2. Only Female candidate can apply

3. The applicant must be domicile of the ward where approved school is located.

4. Applicant must be belonging to BPL category.

5. The candidate must be physically/mentally fit to carry out her job.

6. Minimum qualification of a Helper/AAYA is Middle pass. In case there is no eligible candidate available in ward, the candidate with lesser qualification shall be considered. 7. In case of Tie up in the engagement process of candidate, the preference shall be given to elder candidate i.e (candidate with more age shall be considered.)

8. Preference shall be given to candidate from BPL category in below mentioned order of Priority:

Widow Divorced

Orphan

Any candidate among poorest of the poor in the ward.

9. The age of a candidate must be between 18-45 years as on 1st January of the deployment year. 10. Rs. 5000/-(five thousand only) per month which may vary as per the approval in the subsequent year in PAB of samagra Shiksha.

11. In case of any mis-conduct, misbehavior and poor performance while discharging duty by a Helper/AAYA as noticed/reported, the concerned Head of Institution shall have the right

to terminate the services of Helper/AAYA in consultation with the municipal ward with due adherence to the prescribed procedures. 12. The Helper/AAYAs have to perform below mentioned tasks during the school hours;

Escorting the children.

Maintaining the hygiene of the children Helping the teacher in preparing class

Assisting the children in taking food under the supervision of teacher under PM POSHAN(MDM) Any other assignment given by HOIs for proper care of children.
