ADVERTISEMENT NOTICE

Online application forms are invited from the eligible candidates(Domicile of UT of J&K) for engagement for one post of Professor in the Department of oral Medicine and Radiology on academic arrangement basis in terms of S.O 364 of 2020 dated 27.11.2020, initially for a period of one year in a first instance, extendable up to six years (subject to good performance and conduct) or till the selection/ promotion is made in accordance with recruitment rules governing the respective posts, whichever is earlier.

As per the criteria prescribed under S.O 364 of 2020 dated 27.11.2020 and SRO 426 dated 26.12.2012.

The applicants are directed to visit the official website of this institution http://jobs.iggdcj.edu.in for completion/submission of their applications forms. The detailed instructions for filling up of online form and mode of payment amounting of INR. 500/-(Five Hundred only) is given in the link provided above. The link will be available from 20.11.2024 to 05.12.2024 upto 05:00 PM. The applicants are advised to upload the following documents along with fee receipt duly self attested.

List of documents to be uploaded:-

1. Date of Birth Proof (10th diploma)

2. BDS Degree from DCI recognized College and University.

3. All BDS Marks sheets.

4. Internship completion certificate

5. Attempt certificate issued by the University.

6. MDS Degree in concerned speciality from DCI recognized College.

7. J&K Dental Council Registration certificate and upto date renewal.

8. Affidavit duly attested from 1st class Magistrate stating that doctor is not in Govt Services and the documents uploaded by the candidate are genuine (In Original).

9. Domicile Certificate of UT of J&K.

10. A copy of Aadhar card and PAN card.

11. One passport size photograph.

12. Any other document, if required by selection committee during the process of requirement.

Note: The self attested documents uploaded with the application form shall be readable and com- plete in properly arranged in a series as mentioned in the advertisement notice. Illegible dark/washed out, misprinted document and document submitted after the last date of submission of application shall not be considered for evaluation.

1. Teaching Experience as Professor/Associate Professor in a Government/Government recognized institution including the institutions authorized/recognized by DCI( Make a single PDF of all the Experiences for uploading).

2. Research Publications:-At least four Research publications (at least two as Associate Professor) only original papers, meta-analysis, systematic, reviews and case series that are published in jour- nals indexed in Medline, PubMed, Central Science Citation Index, Science Citation Index, Expanded Embase, Scopus, Directory of open Access Journals (DoA) will be considered (Make a single PDF of 1st page of each publications for uploading).

3. Participation with oral presentation including invited for lectures/ guest lecturers/oration in a National/International seminar/conference/ workshop relevant to the discipline with the abstract/full paper published in the proceeding/souvenir of the seminar/conference/workshop (Make a single PDF of 1st page of each oral presentation for uploading).

Participation with poster presentation of paper(s) in a National/International seminar/conference/workshop relevant to the discipline with the abstract/full paper published in the proceeding/souvenir of the seminar/conference/workshop(Make a single PDF of 1st page of each poster presentation for uploading).

5. Credit for writing a Book or a chapter in a book of the specialty concerned as 1st or 2nd or 3rd author (Foreign Book/National Book published with ISBN/ISSN) and assessed by the subject mat- ter expert to be relevant to the subject and of a level where it can be accepted as a reference mate- rial for the post applied for (Make a single PDF of title page and page with Author details of each Book or a chapter in Book for uploading).

6. Gold Medal for overall first position in BDS. The selection of the candidate for the said post shall be made by the Committee as provided in 282- JK (HME) of 2023 Dated: 04.04.2023
