GMC Srinagar Recruitment 2026: Department of Microbiology

The Department of Microbiology at Government Medical College (GMC), Srinagar, has issued an advertisement notice for the recruitment of specialized staff on a contract basis. These roles are specifically created for the “National One Health Programme for Prevention and Control of Zoonosis.”

General Terms and Conditions

This engagement is purely contractual and does not provide any grounds for regular or permanent appointment in the future. Selected candidates must sign an agreement promising to complete the one-year term.

If a candidate wishes to leave, or if the department terminates the engagement, a one-month notice is required. Failure to provide notice may result in the forfeiture of one month’s salary, which is kept in deposit. Any neglect of duties will lead to immediate termination.
