Applications on the prescribed format (ANNEXURE-1) are invited from fresh Non-PSC doctors (who have not done Junior residency / House job earlier) who are domicile of UT of J&K for the tenure posts of Junior Resident (for a period of six months, extendable to one year subject to good conduct and performance of the candidate) in different Departments of Govt. Medical College Udhampur which are lying vacant or likely to fall vacant in near future as given below: Total Vacancies = 18 nos.

निर्धारित प्रारूप (एनएक्सचर-1) पर नए नॉन-पीएससी डॉक्टरों (जिन्होंने पहले जूनियर रेजिडेंसी / हाउस जॉब नहीं किया है) जो केंद्र शासित प्रदेश जम्मू-कश्मीर के मूल निवासी हैं, से जूनियर रेजिडेंट के कार्यकाल पदों (छह महीने की अवधि के लिए, उम्मीदवार के अच्छे आचरण और प्रदर्शन के अधीन एक वर्ष तक विस्तार योग्य) के लिए आवेदन आमंत्रित किए जाते हैं, जो कि सरकारी मेडिकल कॉलेज उधमपुर के विभिन्न विभागों में खाली पड़े हैं या निकट भविष्य में खाली होने की संभावना है, जैसा कि नीचे दिया गया है: कुल रिक्तियां = 18 संख्या।

Documents to be attached: List of documents required set in the proper sequence as mentioned below: a) 10th marks Card/Diploma/DOB Certificate. b) MBBS Degree and NMC/State Medical Council Registration certificate. c) MD/MS/DNB Degree and NMC/State Medical Council Registration certificate (for candidates who are applying post MD/MS/DNB Degree). d) MBBS Attempt Certificate and Internship Completion Certificate. e) MBBS Marks Card All Profs/Semesters. f) Domicile Of UT of J&K. g) Professional publications, published in indexed/national journals, as prescribed. h) Any other special attributes/certificates-NCC’C’ Certificate. 1/2/3rd position in academics or distinction. i) Any other relevant document may be asked for submission. j) FMGE certificate in case of MBBS degree from outside the country.

संलग्न किए जाने वाले दस्तावेज: नीचे दिए गए अनुसार उचित क्रम में आवश्यक दस्तावेजों की सूची: क) 10वीं अंक कार्ड/डिप्लोमा/जन्म प्रमाण पत्र। ख) एमबीबीएस डिग्री और एनएमसी/राज्य चिकित्सा परिषद पंजीकरण प्रमाण पत्र। ग) एमडी/एमएस/डीएनबी डिग्री और एनएमसी/राज्य चिकित्सा परिषद पंजीकरण प्रमाण पत्र (उन उम्मीदवारों के लिए जो एमडी/एमएस/डीएनबी डिग्री पद के लिए आवेदन कर रहे हैं)। घ) एमबीबीएस प्रयास प्रमाण पत्र और इंटर्नशिप पूर्णता प्रमाण पत्र। ङ) एमबीबीएस अंक कार्ड सभी प्रोफ़/सेमेस्टर। च) केंद्र शासित प्रदेश जम्मू-कश्मीर का अधिवास। छ) निर्धारित अनुसार अनुक्रमित/राष्ट्रीय पत्रिकाओं में प्रकाशित पेशेवर प्रकाशन। ज) कोई अन्य विशेष गुण/प्रमाणपत्र-एनसीसी ‘सी’ प्रमाण पत्र। अकादमिक में 1/2/3वां स्थान या डिस्टिंक्शन। झ) जमा करने के लिए कोई अन्य प्रासंगिक दस्तावेज मांगा जा सकता है। ञ) देश के बाहर से एमबीबीएस डिग्री के मामले में एफएमजीई प्रमाण पत्र।

Selection criteria: The selection shall be done on the basis of written test, the date for the same shall be communicated separately on the official website of GMC Udhampur. The question paper will be comprised of 50 questions (MCQ Based) of 100 marks (02 marks each) and there will be negative marking of 1/4 marks per question.

चयन मापदंड: चयन लिखित परीक्षा के आधार पर किया जाएगा, जिसके लिए तिथि की सूचना GMC Udhampur की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर अलग से दी जाएगी। प्रश्न पत्र में 100 अंकों के 50 प्रश्न (एमसीक्यू आधारित) होंगे (प्रत्येक 2 अंक) और प्रति प्रश्न 1/4 अंक की नकारात्मक अंकन होगा।

Terms and Conditions: The appointment of doctors as Junior Resident shall be subject to the following terms and conditions: 1. The appointment of doctors as Junior Resident will be for a period of six months extendable to the maximum tenure of one year subject to their good conduct and performance. 2. The candidate shall be paid salary as per SO 364 of 2020 dated 27.11.2020. 3. Candidates may note that their candidature will remain provisional till the genuineness of their documents relating to educational qualification is verified by the Appointing Authority. 4. The candidates are advised to go through the requirements of educational qualification and certificates to satisfy themselves that they are eligible for the post. If the documents submitted by the candidates are not found substantiated or correct by the committee at any point of time, the candidature will be cancelled, Criminal Proceedings under law shall be initiated, or any other action as may be deemed appropriate by the committee, shall be taken. 5. The Junior Residents shall produce the documents already mentioned in original at the time of joining and submit a photocopy of the same, without which the joining will not be accepted. 6. Junior Residents will be whole time and non-practicing. 7. During their tenure of 6 months, the Junior Residents shall not be entitled to any kind of leave except casual leave for 7 1/2 days only. Junior Residents availing excess leave during the period of residentship shall have to repeat the same in his/her own without remuneration/stipend after obtaining proper order from office of the Principal, Government Medical College, Udhampur. 8. During their tenure as Junior Residents, their services shall be governed under the Rules of Conduct and Discipline, as applicable on other doctors who are member of the regular establishment. 9. The services of the Junior Residents shall be terminated by the Principal, Govt. Medical College, Udhampur, without any prior notice if they indulge in strike or any other activity which is against the interest of institution or when their work and conduct is reported to be unsatisfactory by the Head of Department/Unit or any officer, with whom they are attached. The Junior Residents thus terminated will have to refund stipend in one instalment, if already received by them. 10. The Department of the Junior Residents can be changed depending upon the requirement and smooth functioning of the institution and in the interest of patient care. 11. Along with the selection list a waiting list shall be maintained, which will be valid for a period of 03 months. In case of failure of any candidate to join with in the stipulated time period, the next candidate in merit shall be joined. 12. In case of tie in merit secured by two or more candidates in the written test, the candidate who has scored more marks in MBBS shall be given preference. In case of the marks are also same, candidate older in age shall be preferred. 13. The JR Shall submit an undertaking /affidavit duly attested by the Judicial Magistrate stating that: • He/she has not served in any Medical college after the completion of his / her internship till date of his / her selection as JR in GMC, Udhampur. • That the stipend shall be released only after receiving of satisfactory CID verification report from the Police Deptt. in favour of the candidate.

नियम और शर्तें: जूनियर रेजिडेंट के रूप में डॉक्टरों की नियुक्ति निम्नलिखित नियमों और शर्तों के अधीन होगी: 1. जूनियर रेजिडेंट के रूप में डॉक्टरों की नियुक्ति छह महीने की अवधि के लिए होगी, जो उनके अच्छे आचरण और प्रदर्शन के अधीन अधिकतम एक वर्ष की अवधि तक बढ़ाई जा सकती है। 2. उम्मीदवार को एसओ 364 दिनांक 27.11.2020 के अनुसार वेतन दिया जाएगा। 3. उम्मीदवार यह नोट कर सकते हैं कि उनकी उम्मीदवारी तब तक अनंतिम रहेगी जब तक कि नियुक्ति प्राधिकारी द्वारा शैक्षिक योग्यता से संबंधित उनके दस्तावेजों की प्रामाणिकता सत्यापित नहीं कर ली जाती। 4. उम्मीदवारों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए शैक्षिक योग्यता और प्रमाण पत्र की आवश्यकताओं को ध्यान से पढ़ें कि वे इस पद के लिए पात्र हैं। यदि उम्मीदवारों द्वारा जमा किए गए दस्तावेज समिति द्वारा किसी भी समय पुष्ट या सही नहीं पाए जाते हैं, तो उम्मीदवारी रद्द कर दी जाएगी, कानून के तहत आपराधिक कार्यवाही शुरू की जाएगी, या समिति द्वारा जो भी उचित समझा जाए, कार्रवाई की जाएगी। 5. जूनियर रेजिडेंट्स को जुड़ने के समय पहले से उल्लेखित दस्तावेजों को मूल रूप में प्रस्तुत करना होगा और उसकी एक फोटोकॉपी जमा करनी होगी, जिसके बिना ज्वाइनिंग स्वीकार नहीं की जाएगी। 6. जूनियर रेजिडेंट्स पूर्णकालिक और गैर-अभ्यासकर्ता होंगे। 7. अपने 6 महीने के कार्यकाल के दौरान, जूनियर रेजिडेंट्स केवल 7 1/2 दिनों के आकस्मिक अवकाश को छोड़कर किसी भी प्रकार के अवकाश के हकदार नहीं होंगे। रेजिडेंसशिप की अवधि के दौरान अतिरिक्त छुट्टी लेने वाले जूनियर रेजिडेंट्स को सरकारी मेडिकल कॉलेज, उधमपुर के प्रिंसिपल के कार्यालय से उचित आदेश प्राप्त करने के बाद बिना पारिश्रमिक/स्टाइपेंड के अपने दम पर इसे दोहराना होगा। 8. जूनियर रेजिडेंट्स के रूप में अपने कार्यकाल के दौरान, उनकी सेवाएं आचरण और अनुशासन नियमों के तहत शासित होंगी, जैसा कि नियमित प्रतिष्ठान के सदस्य अन्य डॉक्टरों पर लागू होता है। 9. यदि वे हड़ताल या किसी अन्य गतिविधि में लिفت होते हैं जो संस्थान के हित के खिलाफ है या जब उनके काम और आचरण को विभाग/यूनिट के प्रमुख या किसी भी अधिकारी द्वारा असंतोषजनक बताया जाता है, तो प्रिंसिपल, सरकारी मेडिकल कॉलेज, उधमपुर द्वारा जूनियर रेजिडेंट्स की सेवाएं बिना किसी पूर्व सूचना के समाप्त कर दी जाएंगी। इस प्रकार समाप्त किए गए जूनियर रेजिडेंट्स को पहले से प्राप्त स्टाइपेंड को एक किस्त में वापस करना होगा। 10. संस्थान की आवश्यकता और सुचारू कामकाज के आधार पर तथा रोगी देखभाल के हित में जूनियर रेजिडेंट्स का विभाग बदला जा सकता है। 11. चयन सूची के साथ एक प्रतीक्षा सूची भी बनाए रखी जाएगी, जो 03 महीने की अवधि के लिए वैध होगी। निर्धारित समय अवधि के भीतर किसी भी उम्मीदवार के शामिल होने में विफल रहने पर, योग्यता क्रम में अगले उम्मीदवार को शामिल किया जाएगा। 12. लिखित परीक्षा में दो या दो से अधिक उम्मीदवारों द्वारा प्राप्त योग्यता में टाई होने के मामले में, एमबीबीएस में अधिक अंक प्राप्त करने वाले उम्मीदवार को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी। यदि अंक भी समान हैं, तो अधिक आयु वाले उम्मीदवार को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी। 13. जेआर को न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट द्वारा विधिवत सत्यापित एक वचनबद्धता / हलफनामा प्रस्तुत करना होगा जिसमें यह कहा गया हो कि: • उसने अपनी इंटर्नशिप पूरी होने के बाद जीएमसी, उधमपुर में जेआर के रूप में चयन की तारीख तक किसी भी मेडिकल कॉलेज में सेवा नहीं दी है। • यह कि स्टाइपेंड केवल पुलिस विभाग से उम्मीदवार के पक्ष में संतोषजनक सीआईडी ​​सत्यापन रिपोर्ट प्राप्त होने के बाद ही जारी किया जाएगा।

The vacancies are advertised as per the posts which are vacant / likely to fall vacant. However, the deptt. may increase or decrease no. of vacancies or decides not to fill the vacancies at any point of time without any further notification.
