Govt of j and k Deptt of Agriculture Production and Farmers Welfare Kashmir Directorate of Agriculture job opportunities 2025 Applications are invited for the appointment of the following posts on a contractual basis in Jammu and Kashmir Competitiveness Improvement in Agriculture & Allied Sectors (JKCIP) to be stationed at Directorate of Agriculture Kashmir Lalmandi, Srinagar, for implementation of the programme in Kashmir Division.

The engagement shall be purely on a contractual basis under the individual consultant selection (ICS) method, initially for a period of one year with the provision for extension up to the project period in further spells of one year each depending upon the performance of the candidate. Details including post position, minimum qualification, experience, remuneration, type of engagement & other terms are given below.

Procurement Officer	Graduate Degree in Commerce / Business / Finance / Management	• Post Qualification Minimum 5 years of demonstrated managerial experience in procurement in the organization with complete understanding and experience on National Procurement Procedure.• Preferable experience of one year in handling project procurement in an externally aided project.	Up to INR 0.80 Lacs / Month
Finance Officer	Post Graduate Degree in Commerce & Accounting / Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce & Accounting	• 3 to 5 years’ experience in Financial Accounting of projects / Company for candidates with Post Graduation in Commerce & Accounting & 5-7 years’ experience for candidates with Graduation in Commerce & Accounting.• Computer literacy & proficiency in Tally or other Accounting Software and spreadsheet tools.• Good knowledge of Accounting.• Working knowledge of Audit requirements for financial compliance.	Up to INR 0.80 Lacs / Month
Planning M&E, MIS Officer	Post Graduate / Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture Economics / Statistics / Economics	• About 3-5 years of experience in Rural Development undertaking Research/Studies related to Impact Assessment, Evaluating Project Performance & establishing systems for preparation of AWPB & Monitoring results.• 5-7 years’ experience for the Bachelor’s degree holder.	Up to INR 0.80 Lacs / Month
