Online applications are invited from the candi-
dates who fulfil the following eligibility condi-
tions, for participating in the selection process
for the posts of Adhoc Civil Judges (Junior
Division Munsiffs
Ladakh, as mentioned in Annexure-“A” to this
Notification:
. The candidate must be a domicile of UT of
Jammu and Kashmir as defined in Rule 3
of the Jammu and
Domicile Certificate (Procedure) Rule, 2020
or resident of UT of Ladakh as defined i
Clause (4) of the Union Territory of Ladakh
Resident Certificate Order 2021.
i. The candidate must possess a degree of
‘Bachelor of Law’ of a University established
by law in India; or a Barrister of England or
Northern Ireland or a member of the Faculty of|
Advocates in Scotland or any other equiv-
alent law degree recognised by the
Government of India.
i. The candidate must not be more: than
32 years of age as on 01.01.2022.
