Online applications are invited from eligible candidates for participating in the selection process for various posts shown against Item code No.
mentioned in the “Annexure-A” to this notfication who:
Are domiciles of UT of Jam mu and Kashmir in terms of S.o166 dated 18.05. 2020 issued by GAD, Government of Jammu and Kashmir and those
who are resident of UT of Ladakh for a period of not less than 15 years before the date of applying and is actually residing in the area.

enquired as shown against each post/item in the An nexure “A’by or before the last date of submission of application forms ie. 18-06-2022.
Have deposited fees of Rs. 360/-(Rupees Three hundred and sixty only).
Applications alongwith the prescribed fee shall be received only throug honline mode on the Recruitment Portal of the High Court of J&K, link
of which shall be active on 30-05-2022 on the website of the High Court: http/jkhighcourtnic.in.
i) Before applying online candidates are advised to carefully go through the guidelines for online submission of applicatio ns. These guidelines
will be avaiable in the online portal of the High Court of Jam mu and Kash mir.
NOTE:
Candidates who are eligible to apply for more than one post are required to apply separately for each post.
The number of vacancies may increase or decrease, depending on their availability at the time of selection
The reservation for various categories would be determined as per the provision ofS.0 127 dated 20.04.2020.
Submission of Application Form and fee payment shall not be accepted/’entertained after the cut-off date fixed for receipt of the same.
Candidates shall not submit the printout of the Application Fom fee payment receipt to the office of Registrar General, High Cout of J&K at
this stage
Please note that the above procedure is the onlyvalid procedure for applying. In no other mode, the Application Fom would be accepted and
even online incomplete Application Form would not be accepted.
The printout of the application alo ngwith the fee payment receipt and required copies of documents shall be kept ready to be submitted as
and when required.
The in-service candidates/ contractual employees shal submit photocopy of the filled up on ine application form th rough proper chan nel viz
the concerned Head of Department. In the event of failure of the candidate to route the application through proper channel his /her eligibility
shall be assessed as if he/she is not an in-service candidate. The Head of Department concerned shall forward the application form of the
in-service candidates at the address of the RegistrarGeneral High Court of J&K with in 20 days afterthe last date of filing their Application Fom.
The last date for the su bmission of online application forms as prescnibed aboveshall be the cut-off date for detemining theeligibility to apply
for the post. The agelimit, however, is determinable with referen ce to the 1st of Janu ary, 2022. Any qualification/experience acquired after last
date of receipt/submission of online application form ie., 18-06-2022 shall not be taken into account for any purpose
The prescribed qualifications reflect the bare minimum requirement of the job and mere possession thereofshall not entite a candidate to be
called for written test/interview

Call letters shall not be isued individually however, wide publicity shall be given through print and edectronic media, official Website http//
jkhighcourtnicin of the High Court about the venues, dates of the written test/interview for the infomation of eligible candidates. No caim
of being unaware of the dates/sched ule for written testinterview shall be entertained.
No TADA will be paid for par ticipation in the written test/interview.
