At Hire Well Staffing, we are looking for a Recruitment Team Lead/Account manager to join our agency team – ideally someone who has experience working within Information Technology (IT) recruiting. It’s a challenging, fast-moving candidate-driven market, and the ideal candidate should be highly motivated and tenacious enough to keep up with the
pace.
Objectives of this Role
• Proven experience in total talent management and account management activities like job posting, job board integration’s, resume harvesting, Candidate Onboarding, Client Submissions, Candidate Tracking etc. using ATS systems like Job Diva, CEIPAL, etc.
⚫ Source highly qualified candidates for leading businesses, covering the US markets ⚫ Screen and interview candidates to ensure we put forward the best quality candidates to
clients ⚫ Consult with clients on overall hiring strategies and tailor your approach accordingly
Keep up-to-date with latest industry trends to ensure candidates can be evaluated against
industry standard assessments
⚫ Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g, MS Teams, Zoom, Google Hangouts)
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
• Liaise with clients to understand role requirements in order to source the most
suitable candidates
⚫ Write and post technical job descriptions on specialist IT job boards like Monster,
Dice, and other social media and any other relevant channels
⚫ Interview candidates combining various methods (eg, structured interviews,
technical assessments and behavioral questions)
• Build a candidate solid pipeline of qualified candidates – ensuring candidate data is
kept updated in the ATS
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or MBA
. 3+ years of IT or Tech recruitment experience
