ICMR-National Institute of Translational Virology and AIDS Research Institute, Pune, (formerly known as NARI) is a research Institute under the aegis of Indian Council of Medical Research, Department of Health Research, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of India.

The institute intends to engage the following Non-Institutional project human resource positions, purely on temporary contract basis for our short-term research projects titled “Targeting reactivated latent HIV-1 reservoir using Universal CAR NK cells.”

3. Second class post graduate degree, including the integrated PG degrees with Ph.D

M.Sc./ Ph.D in life sciences with at least 2 year experience

in research laboratory with hands on Immunological and Molecular Biology techniques, handling infectious agents and data management.

Prior experience on working with flow cytometer and DNA sequencer is required.

Job Responsibilities

To perform molecular cloning techniques, tissue culture-based laboratory assays involving infectious agent, lentivirus production, flow cytometric assays, western blot, SDS-PAGE, DNA sequencing, sequencing data analysis and interpretation.

Project relate documentation and report writing.

Any other task assigned by the concerned officer at the institution from time to time.
