Advertisement Notice
The Institute shall be conducting Skill Up-gradation Cum Entrepreneurship
Development Training Programme at Khanpora area of Kupwara district under
Technology Up-gradation of Cluster Scheme 2022-23 sponsored by National
Backward Classes Finance & Development Corporation, Ministry of Social
Justice and Empowerment, Govt. of India.
For this, the Institute requires the services of a Trainer cum Supervisor,
possessing a valid Artisan Registration Card of carpet craft issued by
Handicrafts and Handloom Department, for conducting training programme
for a period of 04 months, as per the eligibility criteria mentioned below:

Consolidated Monthly Wages:
However, after the successful completion of training programme, the services
of concerned trainer shall to be utilized for overall monitoring/supervision of
the Carpet Production Centre, for which consolidated wages to the tune of
Rs. 5000/- per month, as admissible under the scheme, shall be paid overa
period of 3 years, on furnishing loom-wise monthly progress report of the
Production Centre, in the prescribed format.
The eligible and desirous candidates may submit their applications, in the
prescribed format, which can be had from this Institute, against cash payment
of Rs. 10/, along with all relevant documents to Director, Indian Institute of
Carpet Technology, Srinagar by or before 28-10-2022. The date of Trade Test/
Interview for the short-listed candidates, to be conducted by the Designated
Committee, shall be notified separately.
