Vacancy Notice

Indian Institute of Skiing and Mountaineering invites application from the eligible candidates (Guest Instructors) to lead and conduct Short Trek Courses in Gulmarg.

The selection of candidates will be purely based on interview, experience and qualifications. The candidates having the requisite qualification can email their resume and a brief cover letter to [email protected] on or before 07th June 2024.

Requirements:

1. Position- Guest Instructor

2. Experience:- Minimum five years experience in trekking, mountaineering or adventure sports and mountain

safety protocols.

3. Qualification-i) Advance mountaineering course from any govt recognized institute of India with “A” grading.

ii) Preference will be given to individuals who also possess the MOI (method of Instruction) in mountaineering with “A” grading from a Govt recognized institute of India.

iii) Excellent communication and leadership skills

4. Age-21-45, exemption for retired or experienced instructors from Govt Recognised institute.

5. Other QR- Having Knowledge of handling wireless devices.
