Online Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the following posts available at Islamic University of Science & Technology, Kashmir. Appointments shall be governed by the University Grants Commission (UGC) Regulations / University Statutes / JK CSR (amended from time to time).

03	Deputy Finance Officer	UR-01	Pay Level-12 (78800-209200)Essential Qualification: Same as Deputy Registrar or comparable experience in financial management/PSUs/Banks.

Desirable Qualifications and Requirements

For the Finance Officer post, the university prefers candidates with a Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or an MBA in Finance/Actuarial Science/CA/ICWA with 60% marks. Knowledge of University ERP systems, financial software, and awareness of GFR-2017 and NEP2020 is highly valued.
