ITI has modern manufacturing infrastructure, equipment & technology at its manufacturing facilities located at Bengaluru, Mankapur, Naini (Prayagraj), Palakkad & Rae Bareli, a dedicated Research and Development center in Bengaluru and Marketing Services & Projects (MSPs) units spread throughout the country.

2. The Company is looking for young talented professionals with requisite qualifications and suitable experience on a temporary/contract basis to bridge skill gaps and enhance our talent pool which enable the company to cater to the services covering a comprehensive range of solutions aligned with diverse activities and operational requirements of the Company.

4. Educational Qualifications & Vacancies:

YP Graduate: BE/B.Tech in EC/CS/Mechanical/IT/EEE/Civil or MCA/M.Sc (Electronics/CS/IT) from a recognized University/Institute.
YP Technician: Diploma in EC/CS/Mechanical/IT/EEE/Civil from a recognized University/Institute.
YP Operator: ITI Trade certificate in EC/CS/Mechanical/IT/EEE/Civil from a recognized University/Institute.
YP Generalist (HR/Marketing/Finance): Respective degrees (BBA/MBA/Finance degrees) with mandatory computer knowledge.

5. General Terms & Conditions:

a) Engagement & Duration: The engagement of YP’s will be on contract basis for a fixed period initially for a period of 1 year, extendable on year to year basis but not exceeding additional 2 years.

b) Place of Posting: As mentioned in the notification or any other location as per organizational requirements.

6. Selection Process:

i) For Young Professional- Graduates: Shortlisting based on quantifiable point based methodology followed by Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI).

ii) For Young Professional – Technicians & Operators: Shortlisting followed by a Skill Test.
