Research Assistant (1 position)

Educational Qualifications: Graduate in Biological Sciences with 2-3 years of experience in a research laboratory, or Postgraduate in Biological Sciences with at least 6 months’ research. experience after having completed Master’s degree.

Emoluments: The selected candidate will draw consolidated emoluments of Rs. 20,000/- per month plus HRA.

Job description: The candidate will be involved in understanding host-pathogen interactions during infection with pathogenic Salmonella, and regulation of inflammatory responses.

Terms and conditions:

1. The selected candidate will be on a contract initially for 7 months, which may be extended depending upon performance.

2. No hostel/housing will be provided.

3. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
