Tenure: The engagement shall be purely contractual initially for a period of six months, and could be extended on the basis of requirement and satisfactory performance, subject to approval of the competent authority.

HOW TO APPLY:
Eligible candidates shall apply online through the University website iust[dot]ac[dot]in within the prescribed timeline. No other means/mode of application will be accepted.
APPLICATION FEE: Non-refundable fee of Rs. 500/- (five hundred only) shall have to be deposited as application fee through online mode by debit card / credit card / net banking.
DOCUMENT SUBMISSION: Candidates shall submit the duly filled application form along with self-attested copies of their educational qualification, experience certificates and other relevant documents, as prescribed, in the office of the Director, Centre for Good Governance and Policy Analysis (CGGPA).
Selection Criteria: Selection shall be based on academic merit, relevant experience and performance in the interview in the ratio of 60:20:20.

General Terms and Conditions: The engagement is purely on a contractual basis and confers no right for regular appointment. Prescribed qualification and experience shall be reckoned as on the last date of submission of application. Only relevant experience supported by certificates shall be considered. No TA/DA shall be paid for appearing in the interview. Candidates who earned post-graduate degrees from foreign universities must enclose an AIU Equivalence Certificate. In case of legal proceedings, jurisdiction shall be confined to the court of Srinagar only. Resignation requires one month notice in advance or one-month salary in lieu of notice.
