Applications are invited from highly motivated and eligible candidates for the position of Project Assistant for DST inspire Faculty research project under Pl: Dr. Saima Afzal in the Department of Chemistry IUST. The research study involves design and synthesis of “Bright customized chiral artificial light harvesting systems by supramolecular aggregation into hydrogel matrices”.

B.Sc/M.Sc Chemistry, Minimum 55% or equivalent CGPA
Desirable
Experience in designing of Hydrogels matrices based on different polymers.
Rheometeric characterization of polymeric hydrogels using different models, encapsulation of different molecules in hydrogels and experience in handling of UV-Vis
and Florescence Spectrophotometer. 20,000/month + HRA+ 15% for more than 3 years of experience in the relevant field.
