Applications are invited from highly motivated and eligible candidates for the position of Junior Research Fellow for the SERB-SURE Research project sanctioned by DST SERB under Pl: Dr. Thameed Aijaz in the Department of Food Technology, IUST.
The title of the Project is “Ultrasound and infrared assisted post-harvest processing of indigenous aromatic rice (Oryza sativa var mushkbudji): An approach to enhance quality and shelf life”.
