Reservations:

Reservations are applied as per the rules of the Government of the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir. A horizontal reservation of four percent (4%) shall apply for Persons with Disabilities (PWD).

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

The essential qualifications, experience, academic/research score, and eligibility conditions for various teaching posts shall be strictly as prescribed under the UGC Regulations, 2018 and subsequent amendments. Candidates must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC or the CSIR, or a similar test accredited by the UGC, like SLET/SET. Candidates with a Ph.D. Degree in accordance with UGC Regulations are exempted from NET/SLET/SET.
