J&K Development Finance Corporation Ltd. (JKDFC), a Government of India Enterprise, has issued an official advertisement notification for a premium executive appointment. The corporation invites eligible professionals to submit applications for manning a critical vacancy within its legal division.

The current opening is for the post of Manager (Legal), with 01 Post (Un-Reserved) available. The selected candidate will be placed in the lucrative IDA pay scale of Rs. 60,000 – 1,800,000. Eligibility & Educational Qualification

Degree in Law (Regular): Regular full-time Degree in Law (LLB – 3 years) with minimum 50% marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized University.
Integrated Law Course: Alternatively, a regular full-time Degree in a 5 years integrated course in Law from a recognized University with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA.
Post-Qualification Experience: Minimum of fifteen (15) years of post-qualification executive experience in relevant legal and corporate environments.
Age Limit: Maximum of 50 years of age as on 30-04-2026. Age relaxation rules apply to reserved category candidates as per Government of India guidelines.

Important Guidelines

CPSE Employees: For candidates currently employed with CPSEs, they must be working in the immediate next lower pay scale; scale-jumping is strictly not permitted.
TA/DA Allowances: No TA/DA will be paid to shortlisted candidates called for the written test or interview. However, SC/ST candidates will be allowed travelling allowance as per standard rules.
