Applications on prescribed proforma (Annexure-I) are hereby invited from the eligible female candidates of the Panch Wards shown against the below-mentioned Panchayat Halqas for the engagement of Sahayikas (Anganwadi Helpers – AWHs) “Preferably married” for the Anganwadi Centres of POSHAN Project Singhpora on Honorarium basis.

The applications along with required documents shall be deposited in the office of the undersigned i.e., Child Development Project Officer, Singhpora, by or before 15-01-2026 up to 4:30 PM against proper receipt.

Eligibility Criteria

(As per Govt. Order No. 103-JK (SWD) of 2023, dated 28-04-2023)

• Gender & Age: Only women candidates aged 18–37 years as on 01-01-2026.
• Domicile: Candidate must be a domicile of UT of Jammu & Kashmir.
• Residency: Candidate must be a resident of the Electoral Ward where the AWC is located.
• Education: Minimum qualification Matriculation (10th Pass). If no matriculate candidate is available, candidates with minimum 8th standard may be considered.
• Marital Status: Preferably married. If no married candidate is available, unmarried candidates may also be considered.
• Merit Tie: In case of tie, older candidate shall be preferred.

Required Documents (Self-Attested)

Candidates must attach the following documents with the application form:

• Panch Ward / MC Ward Certificate / Electoral Card / Present or Continuous Ward Residence Certificate issued by concerned BDO
• Domicile Certificate issued by concerned Tehsildar
• Date of Birth Certificate
• Academic Qualification Certificates with marks card of 10th
• Ration Card / e-ticket
• Marital Status Certificate
• For unmarried candidates, certificate from concerned Tehsildar
• Non-Employment Certificate from a Gazetted Officer
• Affidavit from a First Class Magistrate stating:
– All documents submitted are correct
– The candidate has read HR Policy No. 222-JK(SWD) of 2022 dated 30-11-2022
