Applications on prescribed proforma (Annexure-I) are hereby invited from the eligible female candidates of the Panch wards shown against the below mentioned Panchayat Halqas, for the engagement of Sanginis (Anganwadi Workers) for the Anganwadi Centres of POSHAN PROJECT URI on Honorarium basis.
The application along with required documents should reach the office of Child Development Project Officer, Poshan Uri, near Toll Post Lagama within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice against proper receipt.

✅ ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Selection shall remain as envisaged in Govt. Order No. 222-JK(SWD) of 2022 dated 30-11-2022 and Order No. 103-JK(SWD) of 2023 dated 28-04-2023:
• Gender & Age: Only women candidates aged 18–37 years (as on 01-01-2026)
• Domicile: Must be a domicile of UT of J&K
• Residence: Must be a resident of the Electoral Ward where the AWC is located (Voter list as proof; disputes certified by SDM)
• Education: Minimum 10+2, Maximum Graduation
• Selection Process: Based on 10+2 merit only (No Interview)
• Bonus Points: 2% additional points for candidates from family of a retired AWW
• Higher Education: Candidates having qualification higher than graduation shall not be considered
• Tie-Breaker: In case of tie, older candidate will be preferred

• Panch Ward Certificate and Voter List issued by BDO concerned
• Unmarried Certificate issued by Tehsildar (if applicable)
• Domicile Certificate issued by Tehsildar concerned
• Date of Birth Certificate
• Academic Qualification Certificates with 10+2 Marks Card
• Proof of retired AWW family status (if applicable)
• Non-Employment Certificate from Gazetted Officer
• Self-addressed envelope with ₹5 postage stamp
• Affidavit from First Class Magistrate stating all documents are correct and HR Policy No. 222-JK(SWD) of 2022 has been read
