Key Responsibilities:
Phone and WhatsApp Communication:
Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally.
Respond to WhatsApp messages in a timely and courteous manner.
Provide accurate and helpful information to callers and message senders.
General Office Operations:
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Manage office supplies and inventory.
Assist with various administrative tasks as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.
Account Management:
Assist with basic accounting tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
Prepare and process invoices and payments.
Reconcile accounts and ensure accurate financial records.
Data Entry:
Input data into computer systems accurately and efficiently.
Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
Update and maintain databases as required.
Qualifications:
Graduate or equivalent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
